- Today I'm going to play some retro games on a GIANT wall-sized arcade machine! We'll be using the new Yaber K2s Projector to get our giant screen, and the arcade will be powered by the Kinhank Super Console Arcade Stick X3. This was a SUPER fun video to make and it turned out WAY better than I thought it would!

Here's an arts and crafts project I highly recommend: make a projector screen. Or you could buy a pre-made screen, but you strike me as the kind of Dweeb who custom-makes a simple wooden frame and staples white blackout fabric tight across it. Even a simple screen like that will really enhance your projector experience!

Having a big screen is a game changer and for us old dudes it reminds us of when arcades were the reference point for our video games. For me it was playing street fighter 2 champion edition on the big screen at the arcade with the big speakers at the bottom and everyone watching in awe of how cool it was. I currently have a projector and play on a 120" screen and it's as amazing as you describe 1000% brings me back every time i fire up SF2. Great vid as always!

When I was a little kid. My Grandma and Grandpa had a projector TV. I LOVED this TV not only did I play PS1 and PS2 games on this TV but I always stay up late on Fridays and watch Hanna-Barbera and Cartoon Cartoons on this TV too. Ah the memories, I was sad when Mom and Dad threw this TV out.
Those projector TVs were amazing. My friend had one and her house was THE place to hang.

When you're putting your dongle in the usb a hole just remember to take your time and go slow.

Some people get a screen that they can mount over a shelf or their existing TV, then they can pull it down when they wanna watch stuff.

There's nothing like retro-gaming on a gigantic screen... been doing it over 10 years now.. I bought my first 1080p projector around 2010... the rest is history..... - Great for movies, tv and especially retro games! For the price of this one however.. I would splurge just a little bit more to get a 4k one, and maybe Ultra Short Throw option.. either way - good stuff!! That feeling you get though when you first play our beloved retro games on 100"+ screen is unforgettable
For someone as dedicated to media as you--you really should get an Ultra Short Throw (UST) projector. They sit just a few inches from a wall. I'm a film person, and having a 150" 4k projection from a UST has been mind-blowing. But I have to admit, playing 'Grey' or 'Mariokart 8' on the Switch on it is pretty dang awesome, too.

These look awesome! You mentioned the projector has an android dongle and you also mentioned hooking up a PC. Why not stream your PC to the projector? Maybe using Moonlight?

Are you kidding me!? Yaber sent you ANOTHER projector? You are so lucky. That thing is a beast, and it seems like the speakers on this thing are really great. I am so happy with the original one that you suggested, and it suits my needs just fine. As others have stated, it was your review of the last Yaber product that made me buy it. So I guess it's official now, you are a real CZcams Tech influencer! HA, so cool.
BTW, I was going to build a stand for my projector, but went on Amazon and found some pretty cool tripods specifically for projectors. They are pretty inexpensive. I don't know if one would work for that beast of yours, but I am sure they will tell you the size and weight of the projector they support. Or you can contact Yaber and ask them which one they suggest. Mine should be here any day now. The nice thing about a tripod as I am sure you know is that you can collapse it, and put it away when not in use. Really cool video, and yes, I am jealous!

I had no idea Kinhank did arcade sticks. When you opened it up and showed the active cooling, it through me for a loop as to why.... then it dawned on me, built in console.... ahhhh.... interesting Stick looks nice I'm just not a big fan of Kinhank products, although I do own a couple of their Superconsoles. Love the videos TD, always the first click when I see your thumbnails.

Great video, gaming with a projector is awesome and I have been looking at this model. From looking at the footage it seems like there is a small but noticeable delay between the joystick inputs and the action on screen. Might just be my eyes, but did you notice any substantial delay when playing?
I didn't notice it. I only used this retro console though, and I didn't bother adjusting any latency settings, so don't take this as the final verdict. I could play fine but there's a good chance that a different device hooked up to it wouldn't have delay. Sorry I should have tested that a bit more properly.

I play on big screens as well at times mainly when I hang out with friends. When playing on a huge screen some of the old games like pac-man is almost a new experience to play. Also Hows the lag on the yaber?

Yup! Just attach a 2nd controller to the USB, or use a bluetooth controller.

@@diassaidsam5620 man, I solved the problem, you need to disable HDCP on Ps5 settings. The only downside is that you can't use Netflix and other streaming apps. For the rest you can play and it works great.

It's hard because the price changes, and then I get people mad that it's not the price I said it was in the review! And then it's different prices in different regions. I don't mind when I buy the thing, because I can say what I paid, but it's hard when it's an item provided and the price will fluctuate. Right now it's on sale with a $250 off coupon, but I don't know long that will last.

I think a simple "it was this price at this time" would make the viewer more understanding if the price changes. If I watch a whole review and it turns out the item is wayyy above any amount id spend then I would feel like I wasted my time and deter me from watching more of your content. The price of the item is an important talking piece to any review as its relevance applies to everyone interested. I would like to hear from your perspective if the price is worth it or not.
