I have a question. How do males and females bond with each other? I don't see how men and women can bond (especially romantically) with each other. Men and women think very differently from each other. It seems like it's impossible for men and women to emotionally connect with each other.
I heard that gay and lesbian couples are happier than straight couples are, and I heard that gay and lesbian relationships are healthier than straight relationships are. The more similar you are to someone, the more easier it is to bond and connect with them. Gay and lesbian couples understand each other better than straight couples do due to them being the same gender as each other.
I heard that most straight couples are not happy being together, and I heard that people who are straight are much happier and much better off being single than they are being in a romantic relationship.

I don't think the romantic type of love is special. And I am started to think that the romantic type of love isn't real. I mean about more than half of romantic couples either break up with each other or divorce each other. I think humans should just ditch concepts like dating, marriage, and pair bonding. I feel like this world would be a much better place without romance than it is with it.
It does seem that nearly all fathers are hoping that their daughters never date or get married and remain single for the rest of their lives due to the risks and dangers of romantic relationships. Romantic relationships seem like a bad thing since there is a lot of dangers when it comes to them.
The overprotective father thing is proof that romantic relationships are a bad thing, and this world would be a much better place without them.
If someday that the human race ditches the concept of romance and romantic relationships, and got rid of stuff like dating and marriage, fathers would be happy about it since they wouldn't ever have to worry about their daughters ever dating if that ever happened.
Kate Winslet was mind-numbingly gorgeous in this scene as she was in every scene. Perfectly done. He first sees her and is stunned. Her first look at him is one of derision; a brief glance.
But she was considered fat back in the late 90’s… I remember this very well. I was a teen back then and now I see her and I am like… 🙁🙁seriously? She was beyond perfect

In our generation the chances are lower but it still does exist even if I personally gave up My grandparents were married 50 years and my parents are now 28 years. He brings her flower at random and dance in the living room and tells my mom she’s as beautiful as when he met her. It’s rare but to those who find it they are truly the lucky few
How I saw my wife I was sitting in a picnic table smoking a cigarette by an ice cream shop when I saw the most beautiful woman with strawberry blonde hair and a beautiful smile I just looked at her in awe when next thing I know I'm talking to her and on December 29th 2019 she became my wife

James Cameron is a great director. I just rewatched this movie again after years of seeing it, and everything is on point, from the acting, the detail and the music! It truly is a one of a kind movie. Very powerful scene and angles. They just dont make movies like this anymore :(

Two things. They way Tommy says shit will always be iconic and also I feel that Tommy is the character of the viewers as we're watching the movie. He said and did everything we were thinking while watching. If only he had had a scene with Cal. Words would have been said and hands might have gone flying and I would have been 100% there for it. Or even better it just happened and he has no idea about Cal's relation to Rose and Jack.

I’ve been trying to get cute boys to see me the way Jack does when he sees Rose the first time. But I always act casual and pretend I didn’t see them first and I look at them a few times like Rose did, except every boy doesn’t even bother to pay attention or look around their surroundings. They just talk with their friends, stare at their phones, etc. and I’m like “Come on! I gotta find someone like Jack!” 🥺
Its bcz boys or men don’t praise a women like they used to before bcz its easy to meet people nowadays. Also bcz most men will be seen as creeps if they stared at you that way. Back then Rose was royalty and stands out from what other women jack normally sees in his environment. So Jack noticed Rose indefinitely. Nowadays everyone dresses with similar styles and looks the same so it’s nothing new to the mans eye. It just depends on the environment you live in. If you go to a less modern society and dress differently as in the country side you might notice people staring more at you. Nonetheless we all wish a similar love story to titanic.

but me, I have an eye for fashion cuz I watch these soap operas on the CBS channel called The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful. And in the Bold and the Beautiful, the family in the show are in the fashion industry, except sometimes their fashion is like…idk, terrible. Like one character dresses like a hippie all the time, but another character dresses very elegantly. But in The Young and the Restless, the female characters dress very beautifully and elegantly. Also I see female celebrities wear stuff like blazer jackets with turtleneck sweaters, and I just love what they wear. And I come from an elegant family, but not like how Rose did. Hers was first class and mine are like middle-class, upper middle-class ish…but I noticed I’ve been dressing differently than most other students at my school. And I thought usually being different is what makes you special, but…I just feel like it’s not working. 🤷🏻♀️
