Congrats on finding your unicorn 😁 - I've never smelt it, but the whack in the face of a aniseedy coffee sounds absolutely amazing, the rest sounds interesting too - although not sure about the curried part. I started a 1 in/1 out system this month too - and i'm stopping blind buys, as I just suck at it & dont think I have ever ended up loving any. I'm also pretty crap at buying fresher/summery things, but I think I solved that last month with my version of fresh and got zoologist Panda and a clone of Kouros.
