Gorgeous Smokey, incensy benzion, with a nice amount of fir balsams. Gets a little animalic on me in the beginning. Possibly from the leather, or the oud. I just love it.

Hi Ben, little late here watching your most worn fragrances of 2021. Got really intrigued with musc immortelle, hope someday have the chance to try it. Id like to thank you for the review of zefiro, i finally understood what i felt about this fragrance: melancholy, and of couse the sensation of ancient place. i still hesitate about purchasing it, maybe someday i will.

Cousin Matthew still my favourite soapy fragrance. Incidentally, the opening of Coursin Flora is nearly identical, but with a heavy ambroxan and light floral in the drydown so they can easily be layered. But right when you were describing One Legged Joe, I suddenly smelled full-on fluffy pancakes with this incredibly sweet, but thin maple syrup. 🥞 Tiny bit of saltiness too, maybe from the butter? The scent just came out of nowhere. Psychic smelling I guess. That'll be the fragcom superpower. 😄

My 10 most worn: Guerlain Shalimar, Guerlain Bois D’Armenie, Tom Ford Bitter Peach, Francesca Bianchi Angel’s Dust, Serge Lutens MKK, Ormonde Jayne Vanille d’Iris, Dior Poison Girl edt, Robert Piguet Knightsbridge, Tom Ford Noir de Noir and Armani Prive Cuir Amethyste.

If wanting to buy new, his shipping to UK is pretty reasonable - I think I usually pay about $15-ish. I have quite a few from Kophe if you wanted some samples?
