Yes it turned out perfect! Thanks!!
Nice. I would now add a bit of topsoil and some flowers.
The black mulch was the cherry on top, excellent work but now you got me rethinking my plan lol 👏🏾

Cute. Real cute. Lol. I like it. Good job y'all.

Should have left one layer of bricks only. Now you should buy more black mulch to make it level. Looks good though
We did two layers to match the front of the house, that video is coming soon. Thanks for the comment.
Great video! To help the post last longer my wife puts tar at the bottom of the post up to 4 in above ground level.
Thanks! That's a great tip!
Awesome!
Thanks much!
Very good job

Beautiful 👍👌😇🙏🏼
Thank you!!
Great job thru and thru. Painting the bricks was a nice touch.
Thanks so much, glad you enjoyed the video!
A few perrinials would have made it pop but good job. It turned out nice. I think I will just pain my old one.
Youre right but we didn't want the maintenance of flowers lol
Looks so good! Very informative. Did you end up going back and adding adhesive to the bricks?
Thanks for your comment! No we didn't add adhesive. We just didn't feel it was necessary. We have to straighten them up every now and then. But usually they are just fine without.
Nice 👍🏽
Thanks!
Considering getting this for mine…I’m wondering if I could just cut the existing post down to size and just install the cover over it?? 🤔
You definitely could! But I would say just consider how old your existing post is, we changed ours because it was as old as the house! Have fun!
Should have put post in before the cement, also what did you use to keep bricks in place so no one removes them? Other then that great job
Thanks for the comment
I thought You both did a great Job!!! Sometimes in life You just gotta just get it done...
Thanks so much!
Well done! How soon can you be here?
🤣 I'll check with my husband! Glad you enjoyed!!
Thank you! Just used this video to put on my mailbox after somebody knocked it off last night! 😑
Sorry to hear it, glad you found it useful!
It would have really popped out with flowers but, still pretty.
Thanks! The mailbox actually came with a flowerbox, but we chose not to add it. We do not have green thumbs, but maybe in the future 😆
it’s beautiful. i love it. #girlboss
Thanks so much!!
I guess I am kinda off topic but does anyone know of a good place to watch newly released tv shows online?
@Ayaan Travis Lately I have been using FlixZone. You can find it by googling :)
@Bobby Emory definitely, have been using FlixZone for years myself =)
@Bobby Emory thank you, I went there and it seems like a nice service :D I appreciate it !!
This is a great video but this is definitely not replacing a mailbox on a budget, lol. The number of tools required and extra expenses (paint for the rocks, concrete, weed blocker) make it way more expensive than someone on a budget could handle.
Thanks for the comment.
Lol but we were on a budget, everyone's budget is different. I believe I stated that WE had the paint from a previous project and obviously my husband had the tools. We had a budget and I'm happy to say we stayed under it. If someone wants to do something similar they could also look at leftover paint that they already had, borrowing or renting tools. And yes obviously some things would need to be purchased. But there are mailboxes that are less or more expensive. Also wood that is less or more expensive. Again it all depends on your own personal budget. Hope this helps you to do your project for cheap! 🙂
Thanks for the video. But common sense could of save you some driving and cash. Why would you add water before concrete? First concrete then water. Make more sense to me!
Thanks for the comment it helps my channel.
