Most of those condos are too expensive for the locals. Why don't you build affordable condos or make the payments more flexible?

Yes, Phnom Penh City needs a new and modern sewage system. The old one is very old from the French area. It is narrow for the then small population. Now new skyscrapers, houses, buildings, plus the lack of rain water (or flood) management, lack of city green (parks) and trees within the new developments, make many parts of the city stink, especially the old part of Phnom Penh.
A country is rated by its sound, sight, feel and smell. And it did not feel good to walk on broken, narrow sidewalks that smell 😂 either caused by open air sewages or by old run down sewages. This sewage’s problem will not go away by itself, you need to put in a new sewage system now, and cover the open ones too. The longer you wait, the worst it will be.♥️
