Disney Wish Shipside Promenade Deck Walking Tour

- The Disney Wish, and presumably her sister ships scheduled to launch over the next few years feature a redesigned shipside promenade deck spanning multiple decks. The primary promenade is on deck 4 with stairs on the port and starboard side to deck 5 and deck 6 which for the first time onboard a Disney cruise ship, allows guests to walk out to the bow.

3:56 Is bow promenade in deck 6 opens ever even navigating or just when ship is docked? I think saw doors for close this space with padlocks.
Closed at night and re-open in the morning. Otherwise, they have been unlocked each time I've check over my 3 sailings.
