Great video Brother,,love breaker boxes
I do when there copper
Awesome video guys!!!
Thanks
Those switches are actually Breakers and the rail that they are mounted on is the buss bar, I just figured you may want to know that, doesn’t really matter though, you guys are scrapping them anyways, well except maybe the breakers. If you can find a little shop that sells old or obsolete electrical equipment, you may get a little more out of them, depending what brand of breakers they are, they may still make them but if those certain type breakers are not made anymore then you may be sitting on some money there…. I can’t tell on the video what brand they are, looks kinda like square D or GE. Like I said you guys will have to look around and see if anyplace wants to buy them.
Thanks we just scrapped the breakers out
Hard to find ones that have the copper rails or plates or whatever you wanna call him 90% of them now or aluminum but it’s always awesome when you find the ones that are copper it adds up really quick. Especially the ones that have the circuit breakers they’re super old some people collect them I think but pretty cool when I come across those.
Ya they are a nice treat to get
That’s all I do as well I finished up the motors today now I hate flat heads I do them by hand as well if they r little hard give them hit with hammer loose rust up little
Absolutely bro
I noticed the motors sitting there not cut off yet. If you leave the strings on and some of the plastic will it down grade the hoard
Ya if there ro much plastic it will down grade
Ever hurt yourself while scrapping i try not to but it happens through my back out moving a fridge a coudays ago
He has a few times
They are copper "bus" bars and not "buzz" bars.
Thanks
