Thank you so much. My favorite neurologist diagnosed me with Ataxia of unknown cause so far, and has had me go through many, many tests. He sent me to two movement specialists also who do not see Ataxia, not Parkinson’s etc, but some cognitive disfunction, memory issues, speech issues, word retrieval etc. I am so confused. Any thoughts?

Since most of the cause of ataxia cause by shrinking of cerebellum can I donate my cerebellum?
