You deserve way more followers. Resin is simple, but this is still a great to the point refresher. Thanks

Took delivery of my six KS last week, and it came with the screen protector already installed. I am curious as to why you set and then bump it up. I’ve never had an issue using the standard method of loosening the bolts dropping it down, holding the plate in place and tightening the screws then setting this Z equals zero. I use the same procedure with my three max and my original mono 6K and over 300 prints. None of the fails were due to my leveling procedure. 10 prints in (mostly 1/4 and 1/6 figures) Using the standard any cubic resin and I love this printer.!

Just opened this printer yesterday and was shocked there was no real levelling instructions. Home it on the paper included and tighten bolts. I haven't had a successfull print yet. First print was stuck to the bottom Fep. Added 10 seconds to expsoure on initial layers and second print had one fall off the bed. I started a 3rd, using the torture cube on the USB Key vs what I actually want to print... we'll see when I get home. Will try this method next.

Please let me know one way or the other. I have never had a print fault with these Anycubic. That was just using the fault settings. I will help more on a one on one if you wish. Thank you for your feedback on the video.

@@ckmidwestmodels1674 yeah, came home to another failed print. It was stuck to bottom. I ran a 30 second full screen exposure and peeled it off. I can see the outline of the torture cube. It never stuck to the build surface. Only thing I can think of is my basement is about 18-19c

@@Sudz3at that temperature you should be ok. If you are having issues of not holding to the build plate, the issue is you not set correctly to the UV light glass. 1. start over again and level the build plate. 2. After it is secure hit the up button 3 tunes until the paper can move. 3. Set this as home in the menu. then raise the build plate and add the vat . 4. be sure the printer itself is level and on a firm table/desk. ONE OTHER THING YOU CAN DO IS SAND THE PLATE SURFACE WITH 400 OR LIGHT SANDPAPER, have done that many times. Also be sure to hti the "Z=0" button after the leveling process.

Ok, thank you for your leveling method. I will try it, but when i used factory method i have disleveling from right to left side, after printing details it has differents thinkness, for sample in left dside 4mm, in right side 5mm. I seted diffenets preference UV, time stop and nothing no do results. And i use two SLA printers Anycubic X6ks and both have one problem.

@@ckmidwestmodels1674 Happy New Year!!! I calibrated it using your method. I made several attempts, leveled the printer and did it without leveling, the result was the same, i.e. I practically checked whether this affects the difference in thicknesses, no, it does not, this is logical, because When calibrating, we set the plane of the screen and platform parallel to each other.
With your method the situation has improved, but has not been completely resolved, still, when printing a long test strip, from right to left, there is a difference in thickness, now it reaches 0.15 mm, this is not so critical, but I will try to achieve a better result.
      Thanks for the calibration method.
I also noticed that the platform itself has some plane defects. The plane of the platform is not perfectly uniform.

I wish I could be better help for you. I always use default settings and have done this leveling process many times and never had an issue. Wish I could help more.@@antoniobandosus
