Odd. Eddie Hill became the first to run a 4 second E.T. at an IHRA event and was recognized across all of drag racing (NHRA on tv would only say it was an exhibition run until they finally recognized it was an IHRA event) but Harold Denton wasn’t recognized as the first to run a 6 second E.T. run in pro stock but one of the Johnsons (Warren or Kurt I can’t remember which did it first) is recognized as doing it.
