Parasail on Dallas Road Victoria BC

Victoria is the capital of British Columbia and the shoreline along the downtown Dallas Road provides a perfect updraft along the bluff for parasailors to launch and cruise back and forth. Out in the water kiteboarders take advantage of the same steady winds, and kite flying also is popular. this video captures a few minutes on a clear June day along the bluff.
