I received this exact boxset, but thankfully none of the discs were out of their spindles. Although, I will say, getting the discs out is a bit of an issue. It often feels like I'm going to break the case or scratch a disc in the process! Nevertheless, I'm glad to have gotten the show on blu-ray and the video quality is pretty much impeccable - at least as far as I'm concerned!
I am not a fan of that box design. I have that same storage for the complete series of TNG-Bluray, DS9, Voyager, and MacGuyver. I have to buy new containers on amazon because I don't trust that container. I think it might be a CBS thing.

Did it come with a digital copy card? The box doesn't say anything about it.
