I just started a new game of Valhalla and as I noticed the messages on Layla's pc I rushed over here to hear them in their entirety. Thanks for uploading this. =)
Thanks for uploading these segments, saved me some time checking them in game. As you may know, part of them are brought back in Valhalla and this video helps to check it.
I think AC series reveals a hidden creed to the players. You are right. And i think the one who came before us is the jinns. Nobody speaks this. I dont understand why.
I'm only watching this to see if I found them all already and apparently I did.. That's kind of disappointing. Unfortunately there is no message where we see a hologram of them as we did in previous AC's, also Bayek afterwards never gives a statement as like "What is going on here" or "Who is speaking", Ezio for example always was wondering what's going on if I recall correctly.. Well I gotta have to finish Origins now to see how much of the background story is getting uncovered and also the out of Animus story. I pretty much 100%ed all AC's until Black Flag, so Rogue would be next on my list, still have to find out what happens next regarding these two points..
The messages are actually meant for Layla. The Isu calculated that Bayek would be there at that point and the moment he faced the monolith, the ISu transmitted this info to Layla who they knew were listening via Bayek through the animus. Bayek cannot see or hear these messages
I’m trying to pay attention but are these voices, the Messenger even, is it the voice of a First Civilization member? They sound too human for some reason
@@eden20111 basically, Ubisoft has different writers for the different AC games, and they don't seem to keep up with each others stories, so they pretty much just drop storylines and plot points and never keep up with them. It's clearly being stated here that Layla's Animus is able to somehow alter the past, and that reality is some sort of simulation and Layla can "Break the code" and escape it. But in Odyssey and Valhalla this is never further elaborated on or even mentioned to it seems like they dropped this plot point. I don't know if you've played Valhalla or Odyssey so I wont spoil them for you.
@@theatfshotmydog8224 My theory is that they were trying try to set up a story explanation for the multiple choice storylines for odyssey and Valhalla. but it seems as if they were unsure if they’d actually implement that gameplay mechanic, so they were trying to keep it as vague as possible in origins, but were still trying to be able to claim they had set it up beforehand. It’s quite obvious that they didn’t have a full story for the trilogy in mind before starting work on Odyssey.
While just a figment of the human mind... It can be real. Or, it is real, in some way or another. Parallel universe. Different timeline. The butterfly effect.
Yes, Bayek would just see what he can comprehend and his religious background. Same with Eivor, Kassandra is a little different sense it's an actual memory just slightly altered

The voices aren’t from an actual ISU. They come from the Intelligence, generated to correspond accents from our modern day world. The ISU built a device that would let them look in to the future. The machine couldn’t directly see into the future, it only saw it through calculations. The ISU we interact with from the past games are the brightest scientists of their society. They were the ones working on all the last ditch ideas. The machine they built wasn’t commonplace in their society. Even for them, this shit was advanced. So yes, Minerva, Juno, Jupiter, Hephaestus, saw humanities future and their discovery of the Animus that let them look into the past through DNA. The machine pointed them to notable moments where it would be easy to leave a message for Desmond or others who are able to decipher the ISU structures.
