    Presenting the authentic special Arabic tomato chutney sauce. This is a must have with the local rice. Mandi, Kabsa or Bukhari is incomplete without this chutney (aka Sawahiq)
    It is called different names that I will list down here to start off.

    Hoping all of you are fine. Today, we will be making tomato chutney that you get with mandi and bukhari
    and we will be posting it today as it will be referenced in the mandi video recipe and the bukhari video

    Authentic mandi yummy one, Yemeni style!
    People who live in the Emirates, you would have eaten this a lot in the Emirates, the UAE, around the Middle East, you will get mandi of this taste

    Recipe:
    Quick look at the ingredients
    We will be using
    2 tomatoes
    2 garlic cloves
    1 small size onion
    2-3 green chilis - green chilis to be adjusted based on how hot they are
    and some coriander
    lemon, I will be using 1/4 to cut and squeeze
    salt, to taste
    Lets get started.
    First of all, cut the onions
    You have to slice everything and then if you have a handy chopper then you can make this in it.
    If not, then you have to chop if really finely with a knife since, you cannot bled it.
    The beauty of this sauce is in its rough texture
    Cut all of the ingredients then we will chop it finely.
    In case you don't have a handy chopper at home, and since blender is not ideal don't get worried. You can chop it finely with the help you your knife
    It will take some time, but you can chop it up little by little. Just keep repeating this process 4,5, 6 times or until you get a fine mixture
    and your tomato chutney, shatta, salata hara will be ready, which you will eat with the mandi.
    the rest I will chop with the chopper
    Or if you have a chopper you can save time and chop it in there.
    next, you will add some salt and then the final ingredient goes in.... 1 tablespoon, that you will squeeze
    Then you mix it up and voila tomato sauce is ready.
    Lovely and beautiful color, since the tomatoes were red.
    Otherwise if you have an issue with the tomatoes/sauce color, you can add some red food color.
    Its better if you can avoid it but if you want the same restaurant feel, then you add some food color.
    Your Tomato chutney is ready!
