During the cheeks exercise the platysma is also working. Is this okay? I've heard this muscle can drag the face down.
Hi, ah it is a pleasure. Do you mean when we scoop back? It is good to exercise the platysma muscle to maintain strength and lift and equally good and important to stretch and release it to reduce tension. Also, really important to remember good neck posture. Hope this helps? :-)
@@yogaface My platysma is working while lifting the corners of the lips. This happens only if I have my lips wrapped around my teeth.

Do u increase repetitions of excersise fir each area as you get stronger, I mean do you do more rounds xx
Hi Caroline, 1 minute daily of each exercise is enough to build and maintain strength. If you want to add time to your routine, I would advise you to add new exercises and massage so that you are targeting more muscles and nourishing your skin. X
@@yogaface thank you , so like do we do this routine say for a few weeks and then do like an alternative ones so muscles don't plateau I think 🤔 that's what I mean so would you say be able to give use more so we could have a swap around ?

do you need to do any sort of activation of the lymphs before starting this?
Hi Diana. It is not crucial but definitely beneficial to do Lymphatic massage and also a warm up of the shoulders before your face yoga routine and I ALWAYS include these in my live classes.
