Tips for normal delivery in 9th month
Normal delivery के लिए तैयार होने केलिए , बेबी का सर चोकट में उतरना चाहिए , और इसलिए हमे कोनसे exercises करने चाहिए , ये आज हम जानेंगे। जैसे की आप जानते है की आपका 9th महीना चल रहा है और अब बेबी कभी भी डिलीवर हो सकता है तो माँ को बेबी के lactation की भी तैयारी करनी है। अगर आप lactation के बारेमें कम जानकारी रखते हो तो आपको lactation consultant से मिलके जानकारी लेनी चाहिए।

Hello Doctor my 9 month has started but still suffering from morning sickness. I hv not done any exercises so far as i get tired very soon from my household work only.
This is my second pregnancy n i hv conceived immediately 3 months after my fibroid surgery .
Pls advise wether can i do this exercise now or just walk will help.
Also note my 1st pregnancy was c section.

2 mints on gym ball
20 sumo squats
15 normal squats
Hip opening 30 (15 each leg)
Butterfly movement
Duck walk 20 steps
Malasna position for 1-2 mints
Is this fine total excersize hardly for 30 mints with this only can i prepare my body for normal delivery
