I think we'll be Arkansas an all mess and in the season strong and make it to a good bowl game. levi cage As deep as Bama is and with a coach like Saban (a coach that all other coaches want to be when they grow up) I don't think that's a valid argument for a Tide fan to make. Bama is not Ole Miss or LSU. The whole "we weren't 100% excuse" doesn't work for them. If you have any doubts, ask Coach Saban.

They took care of teams they were supposed to be, unlike other teams like Ohio State got blown out by an unranked Iowa, Clemson got beat by Syracuse, and Oklahoma got beat by an unranked Iowa State. I'm pretty sure MSU rather take a loss to a ranked UGA, Bama, and AU before they take an L against an unranked Iowa, Iowa State, and Syracuse.

Bonita Boys don’t think they got exposed. They were getting destroyed for sure, but considering that was Tate’s first real test as a starting quarterback and he led them back from being down 28-6 to tying it at 35, I’m pretty happy with that performance. Especially after last season, when their only pac-12 win was against ASU in the last game of the season, I’m really happy and excited for the future.

We won that game cause Miss State was wore out which is hard to believe considering time of possession, and cause Hurts took charge like he does when things break down. But their players were dropping like flies and had their hands on their hips. Bama began to run the ball sideline to sideline and State was wore out. They blitzed and when that happens, the slant is always open behind the LBs, not to mention State's DBs giving a 12 yard cushion. Poor defense allowed us to match right down the field and take the game on home.
Jalen said his most memorable moment is AJ’s screen pass to Yeldon in the LSU win and now he has basically the same thing for himself. Holy crap do we need our defense to rest and recover. I’m gonna die a year sooner because of games like these.

I saw yesterday how Ross Pierschbacher will be out 2-4 weeks with a high ankle sprain. Hopefully his loss doesn’t affect the offense. Then again Jalen did well after he was out (well not exactly well, he did get sacked a few times and there was constant pressure) and our new Oline just needs some playing time together before they gel.
