Seeing this episode showed me that if Cody is in a good mood, he can be one of the most hype guys on the trail. I think if he can figure out how to stay in this good mood, good things will come to him soon because it was really fun to watch him this episode.

Nobody is perfect and every one will have their off day. Cody doesn't need to stay hyped all the time, he just needs to figure out how to channel and manage his negative energy. Otherwise, he's a great rider and def has a character
Alaina’s riding in the edit was pretty impressive - I didn’t realize she had those skills. If she can up her fitness and climbing skills, she can be really competitive.
yeah that would help her heaps but she also was falling well behind on the tec tracks so she would also have to work on that part of bikeing to be really competitive
Definitely. If she had thought fitness was of value, she wouldn't have been talking bmx so much. It was good footage.
Kyra has a heart of gold, proven repeatedly on Academy. Way to recover and move on!
I just love how Addison is still a big part of the show just by chillin with contestants even he was eliminated in the past season

Alaina took it like a champ. She's got a very level head, and to be able to accept her shortcomings... well, she can correct them if she wishes so.

We can have words about the order in which folks got eliminated...but we can't take issue with the final 4. The only question is if Tori could have had something to say about it if she wasn't done dirty so early.
If Flo doesn't win there is something very wrong. She rides, looks and acts like a Pro.
Overall Emmet is faster though, he’s also very positive and has a well rounded skill set. I would be surprised if he lost as racing is about speed not style, but he has both PLUS if Cody hadn’t given him the 5 second penalty he would’ve (and technically did) beaten the secret pro.

I can’t help but I really love all these characters, even, dare I say it, Cody who I think, redeemed himself a bit this episode. These people and editors have done a great job pulling at my heart strings.
I mean, how can you not just simply love these people.

If I was racing I’d want Emmett or Flo, if I wanted to shoot commercials Bradley is fun to watch ride.
But emmet is on home trails he’s ridden he’s whole life whereas Bradley isn’t I really want to see how fast Bradley and emmet are in a neutral setting so it’s more level
Man watching Cody in this one makes me like him a lot more. Glad to see him having fun. If he could have that attitude about his performance he'd be a rockstar.

from the beginning, i thought Tori and Emmett were gonna win, things have changed a lot from the first episode!
What a show, I never waited for any show on CZcams as much as I wait for Pink Bike Academy Episode every week. I hope Pink Bike will bring more shows like this soon. And great teamwork and results by Emmet and Cody. And Bradley has a completely different style.

Great episode, lots of fun to watch because of all the fun being had, with an good ending. Bring back everyone was cool too, hot to see more of Israel and Tori, and the episode shed better light on Cody. Fun watching him with Emmett.

If you want the whole package you pick Bradley. If you want the fastest rider Emmet has a small edge over Bradley. If you want a female Flo. They all will get better with experience! Cameron was good as a mature fun personality also. Cody needs to mature a lot. Cody did improve his attitude later in the show.
Kyra had heart. Alaina needs some fitness and to display her riding skills more.
They were all good in their own way.
Feels like you are saying main reason to pick Flo is that she is female. I do not agree. It is hard to compare male and female but I do not think she is "slower" than Emmet. She is a whole package

Kind of interesting to see what these competitors have done since PBA. Emmet has been doing quite well in EWS (Bradley too, but not as consistently as Emmet). While the only post PBA result I could find for Flo was for the Canadian Enduro Championship (3rd). So that really makes me wonder who won the final event. From a pure racing results perspective I would think Emmet, but Flo might be a better fit for Orbea. It also depends if Orbea is looking to break in more into the Canadian and U.S. market where they currently aren't a big brand.

Man watching bradley ride in real life is so fun aswell
Emmet is fun to watch. He's definitely the best rider out there, followed closely by Cam and Flo.
Flo is maybe even more impressive? Emmet is clearly quick but Bradley isn't far off. Meanwhile, Flo has been leagues ahead of the competition for some time.
Flo is a better athlete for sure. If I would have to choose an athlete for my team I would choose Flo. She is a lot of closer to a podium in her category than Emmet.
No arguments on this choice: Alaina had great perspective and reflection; the final 4 was definitely the best IMHO.
Aaah Laura has become my underdog favorite. We all knew the rest was this good, but Laura, damn.
Great spirit and work ethic and know what is important at what time.
Go hard, locked in come race time, lifting spirits up and motivating others when needed.
I think she and Flo bring the most, considering what a race team needs. Not just pure results, but personality and profesionalism as well.
They keep referring to the criteria, but was it ever really stated (to the viewer) what points were they looking for in the videos?
yep exactly, i think the all did good jobs in their own right. instrgram vs snapshot vs youtube have completely different audiences. seemed like it was a easy way to get rid of Alana.

Alaina's riding was super steezy. I feel like I could have made a winning edit from what I was seeing while they were shooting.

"your story lacked cohesiveness". What a joke critique for a 1min clip. 4 of the 5 were essentially the same in terms of story - intro, series of unrelated riding clips, outro. Laura just needed one more clip to finish, giving us the German translation for "crash"...
