Hey Guys loved the video, I bought the 4" Topper and your right Its a little to firm for my liking but man it does keep you cooler at night then a hot mattress.
Strange. Are you a cold sleeper? Maybe try a heated blanket to soften it up. If not, I guess return it, and try a latex mattress. They're much softer, breathe easier, and are hypo-allergenic.
Actually guys, you're full of compliments! First off, I own the home. I was getting new carpet shortly thereafter. I did just get home from work and didn't get a chance to change. I am a clean freak, and my house is absolutely not a mess. Once I got the new carpet, we were a shoe-free home. Not to mention, there are literally millions of home owners that are not pigs that also wear shoes in their house. So, your close-minded ignorance was a fail when it came to the truth of this.

We ended up getting a latex topper and that helped soften it up quite a bit, but we still had the support that we needed.

It is better now than it was when we got it. No valid complaints, other than it's a little firm for my taste.

Is your room kept warm at night, or cold? Cold rooms tend to cause the mattress to be firm, whereas the warm room makes for a softer mattress.
