Include heart(its a must since it contains taurine an essential nutrient for cats) , liver , grind up egg shells(for calcium) , kidneys cats don't require carbohydrates

They need organs like giblets, liver and heart. They need some supplements like taurine, lysine, omega 3 oils, & vitamin E. Occasionally some seaweed. But that's all. The food you made had wayyy too many carbs that cats don't need. It is not ideal for cats.
