About me:
I'm a medical doctor and mental health scientist working in the UK. I went to medical school at the University of Cambridge, and I've published multiple research articles with the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Cambridge. I didn't grow up in a rich place, my parents weren't doctors and I went to a normal school. I saw that most guys waste their potential because they haven't had anyone telling them the truth about being happy. Modern society doesn't teach us the right things, so I try to make these videos free for everyone so I can help guys find their path and do the right things to be happy.
1:08 Oh man, me and my psychologist are arguing about this. He says I'm disciplined and systematic, and I've been denying it
Think about it man, you are much more varied in your personality than you think. It's why I say that you are much more capable than you think. I used to put myself in a box all the time, but you are more than the story you tell yourself. You got this bro, appreciate the comment đđœđȘđœ

Hits home, right between the eyes. ADHD, bi-polar, depressive, so the challenges are plenty. Thanks for the pep talk, but not optimistic it will take.
Good advice, appreciate your videos Doc.
Appreciate the support a lot my friend đđœâ€ïž
Well done doc. Talking about meditation, people usually suggest concentrating on breathing but how do you teach your mind to focus on what matters in one's life like you described? ie what meditation techniques? Thanks
Thanks for your comment brother đđœ focussing on breathing helps you not to be distracted by the random thoughts that distract you. The thing that actually gave me the most clarity in terms of "what matters" is actually journalling. Ask yourself what you want your life to look like in 50 years' time. Then you know what you need to do in the present to achieve that future. Those things are what is important. I hope this helps my friend đȘđœ
