The beauty of my approach to style is that it applies just as well to those who are buying on the cheap as those who have the funds to really invest in a lot of quality items. Figure out your aspirations, your tribe, and your approach to life and then dress accordingly. For years I could only afford to shop at H&M and outlet malls. Hi, I really like simple ties like the one your are wearing. could you tell me if it is a twill silk? or maybe a suit fabric wool? what kind of construction(unlined and folds)? I can never seem to get it to look like yours. thanks!
The leg itself definitely needs to be trim and short (probably should've included that as advice in the video itself). If you're wanting to do a cuff, then I'd recommend going even higher and shorter than you would without and then make sure it's a nice deep cuff (2"/5cm).
I dislike the no sock look when wearing trousers. I think the only time is looks good is with shorts but that's just me. I find that baby powder works great for me, I tend to misplace or lose my no show socks
It's all preference. I agree that most guys who try it with suits aren't doing it right though. Hopefully the info here will get them headed the right way.
Please don't try to explain something that is a silly thing to do. People who don't wear socks with formal attire need to think again. Totally unacceptable in the office.

no show socks with shoes is stupid if you want to go sockless. the whole point of going sockless is being truly sockless & b arefoot inside your shoes! Real men wear their loafers barefoot.
