Love the highflow heads, Sadly mine had a small crack in it underneath the valve seating, kicked the daylight out of me because it was just below the sparkplug haha. Too bad I could only find a normal head.
@Dominik Ladoš the later high flow heads had a tendency to crack at the cam bosses when the bike is running too lean which is to say running too hot, most of these bikes shipped too lean from factory but ones that have been jetted correctly shouldn't have this issue
Hey Chris, i admire your work so much, this beast looks really awesome, i have an 2005 SMC 625 and could i ask you what carb config were you running on? Im on OBDVT needle 188 main jet 42 pilot jet Full Akrapovic Openairbox And i get it right on medium and high revs, but on 1/8 -1/4 of throttle i have a big lack and lots of backfire on deceleration :(

for smc 660 stock the set is OBDVT needle 165 main jet 42 pilot jet airbox stock. if you run with full acrapovic main jet go to 195 with blue keihin intake and remove the filter needle OCEVR
BastiFans on CZcams hi the rear fender original 06 660 smc & the front fender is off a 690 the triple clamps are ktm hard parts & i used a enduro back light i got it off ebay hope this helps
