Ok, a little bit of backstory to todays episode. Imogen and I are down the coast for the week and we love shelling together, but the night prior to this we had maces for dinner and anxiety + crappy food do not go well! So it was extremely hard for me to even get in the car to go shelling today because of my anxiety. It took us about 40 minutes to finally arrive at the beach but the thing is that we did indeed make it safe and sound! I sure did get rewarded today with the best shells ever for my persistence and strength to push through this mornings demons. And im very very glad I beat it today!

I love the videos.I really love how kind and caring you are with your girlfriend. I think the fact that when you find a shell you think that your mum would like, you mention on camera that you're taking it home for her. Next time that dreaded anxiety starts to creep up, just breathe and think of all the wonderful people in your life, and the beach. I too struggle with anxiety, but spending time with my family at the beach really helps. When I can't make it to the beach, I watch your videos, and start planning the next family day out. We live in Victoria, still struggling to find a beach with really good shells. If you or anyone has some suggestions about where in Victoria, Australia my daughter and I could find some good shells, we would be really happy. Thank you for the shelling videos, looking forward to the shell cleaning video.

As someone who lives in Arkansas and has water areas overflowing with venomous snakes (especially rocky places) my nerves got frazzled watching you stick your hands beside those large rocks as I could only see copperheads hiding everywhere in my mind.

That Egg cowrie (Ovula Ovum) looks a bit lost, it's a reef cowrie, you did the right thing to move it to a more difficult spot for others not to collect as they are very collectable - dead or alive.
Awesome day out, a few Arabian (Arabic's) they are always welcome in any collection. I add a few cowries to my last video, check it out.
