    5:09. Old Samoan Affairs Office, was also an Immigration Office, now the ERATE
    Below the Gov Point
    5:16. Old tennis court where the Samoa Sport was once at, now Wesley Book store
    5:23. Dairy Cold Ice Cream store then the Fire Station
    5:40. Still the Police Station ... before the Fono Bldg was even made, the Communication Off
    5:47. Old Court House and the Samoan house old folks used to sell their handicrafts to tourists from off-island arriving in Samoa
    The video goes back and forth at 7:00 it is at the Far East side, then 8:02 back to Aua then
    at the main wharf and the TRAMWAYS.
    Whoever took this, thank you. It was when Samoa Pack was newly established and buses were entered from the rear, not the side as we have it now. You sit face to face and when arrive at your destination, you walk to the front to pay the driver your dime. It was when sodas were 15 cents. Thank you very much.

    Thanks for sharing I remember going on that cable car as a kid it hasn’t worked for 40 years since ? Also the camel rock only has one or two coconut trees left on it

    WOW! I was 12 when this video was taken, and right before that huge hurricane in 1966 that paralyzed the whole island. Some of those houses shown in Futiga and Pava'ia'i came down during that storm. And most of the villages are practically the same, except few changes here and there. Thank you so much for sharing, appreciate, awesome memories.

      Thank you for this vedio its bring me happiness and alot of memories, and mostly the time when i was staying with the love of my anchestor and my family when i was 8 years old from the villages of pago pago my father the high talking chief from the island of olsega manu'a Ape poutoa of olosega.I was staying wilth my great uncle Tuaoi keniseli when he was the teacher of elementary school in pago pago. This vedio is to brink back the mostly uncondictional love in my life and the great memory by time of the hurricane in 1966, after i moved back to my home island olosega manu'a. Thsnk you to you to bring back this great vedio to remember all this year for the Love of God in my life with my family🙏🙏😔

    2:43 Definitely the village of Futiga - I'd recognize that kia (tall grave) anywhere even in it's former traditional build: under the presumption the videographer is traveling from west to east based on the villages before and after.
