Previously immunized person...there will presence of circulating antibodies....it will interfere the efficacy of the vaccine....

Sir what is meaning of previous vaccination?? Is it booster TT dose within 10yrs or is it any other protocol or is it dT vaccine? If dT vaccine then how many dose?

Vaccination means at least 3 doses have been received previously of tetanus (TDap or TD)

Booster is tetanus toxoid plus diphtheria now. Previously it was only tetanus toxoid.

DT vaccine is given differently as per wound status and immunization status as explained in video.

सर मेरी wife जिसकी उम्र अभी 22 साल है उसे लगभग 10 साल पहले लोहे की दराति के ऊपर गिरने से right पैर के पंजे की 3-4 नसें कट गयी थी उस समय प्रॉपर इलाज नहीं होने से अब 4-5 महीने के एक बार खिंचाव आता हैं सर मार्गदर्शन दो हमारी अभी अभी शादी हुई हैं। वाइफ भी इसी को लेकर डिप्रेशन में रहती हैं।

Agar kuch hona hota to tabhi ho jata tetnus ke lakshan 10 se 20 din me dikh jate hai rare cases me kuch Months me lekin 10 years ke baad kuch hona impossible hai
