    Hello sir, first of all I would like to thank you for your valuable efforts , I am a paediatrics resident and is planning to explore uk and work over their for some time or might completely settle down over their itself , could you plz tell me what to do after clearing mrcpch exam and after becoming a registrar or a senior consultant over their can I move to India as per my will or their would be some restrictions ?❤️🙂
    Sir will I be directly recruited as a registrar and sir can I do a fellowship in paediatric subspeciality , and I would be moving to uk with my wife and a kid so monetary wise will it be a good option or not , as I would be easily getting a senior residency post post md in a central institute where my post tax salary would be more than 1.3 lacs in current time

      Hello Dr, you can get both registrar/ fellow jobs after mrcpch and start working in the UK. I have discussed the salary and cost of living in separate videos. Likely your savings will be same or less than in India ,If you are the only earning member of your family. you can always move back to India after resigning your NHS job

      For ophthalmology, PLAB and ST1 is the only realistic option. You can't get into training later.

      CCT is valid. But the whole idea of doing CCT is that they don't want to work in govt hospital.FRCS is not valid.

If i give the MRCS and at the end of Residency FRCS in neurosurgery, will i be able to practice as a neurosurgeon in India after FRCS neurosurgery? as German Pg medical degrees are not accepted in india.Kindly let me know

      MRCS or FRCS will not give you neurosurgery specialist qualifications in India. There might be a way of getting your German training recognised by applying to NMC. You already have NMC registration due to your MBBS.

    I am a pulmonologist done my diploma in Respiratory medicine from Mumbai. I have 3 years of experience and I do lots of interventions.
    I have passed USMLE and I am ECFMG certified so will enter UK through this route. But I am confused, at what level I should enter. Like which jobs I should first choose and then how to progress ahead?
    Can you please suggest what route I should choose in order to work in the respiratory medicine speciality? I will pass MRCP once I come to UK (if that will help)

      You can apply for registrar grade jobs after GMC registration and start working in the UK. MRCP is preferred and will increase your chances of getting a good job.

      Get on with your MD training for now and then complete MRCP. After that you can join medical oncology training at ST4

Now I am preparing for MRCP, will seat on 19 th April for the 1st part. Sir, is it possible to change my stream to branch of medicine after passing MRCP and getting into speciality training in UK?       You can't enter ST4 without any medicine experience. Did you do enough general medicine during bond posting ? Else it's better to do IMT and then proceed.

      Pathology has its own Royal exam. Pharmacology does not exist in NHS hospitals like we know it in India- clinical pharmacology is a medical specialty.

      You need the MSRA exam after PLAB to enter ST1 radiology. That's why most Indian radiologists don't train in the UK and start working as consultant
