Soo true. ... but I have seen this constant theme in pakistani dramas...women with a little ambition or confidence are never given a happy ending...there is no redemption arc...most end up as beggars or unhappy somehow...its almost as if they fear if they show a woman truly happy ever after it would send a negative message somehow...

Last week I watched *Kankar* and this week I watched *Khaas* , both by Sanam, and both are one of my favorites now. Sanam Baloch chooses the best scripts and roles to play, with a meaningful message. I have watched other shows by Sanam in the past- Dur e Shehwar, Daam, Dastaan. She is not only a talented actress but also a very intelligent one, by choosing meaningful scripts.
My other favourite Pakistani shows are *Shehr e Zaat, Meri Zaat Zara e Benishaan, Humsafar* and *Zindagi Gulzaar hai* .
I can proudly say that Pakistani shows are the best!

I think the ending depicted opposite of you are saying. The drama depicted that when husbands love and support their wives with all honesty then wives live like a tiger. They manage it with firmness those men built within them.

A lot of ppl are confused how to respond to this ending. For me, it is perfect as it shows a typical Narcissist who is mentally ill and he doesn't have the ability to change at that point. I have seen such a man and know how very well the writer depicts the character. Well acted by Ammar. Also, as a life coach myself, I know that the woman only needs empowerment through positive affirmations and reprogramming her mindset in order to become self sufficient and whole, not a man! What a beautiful message!

I can’t believe it’s over. I had been watching it every week without fail. I thought there’s more to it but they just ended it so abruptly. A good show overall. They gave a nice message in the end though.

So in the end they showed that people like Ammar can't help but stay same.. Very realistic ending. I wish Fakhir hadn't died. But I guess they wanted to show that even in such circumstances Fakhir gave so much strength and confidence to Saba that she could survive even after him...

From India . Watched the entire serial . This was my first Pakistani drama. I swear , if Khaas was in India , she would literally take all nine months or even 18 months to deliver Wali. I LOVE PAKISTANI DRAMA !!!!
