Just installed my lock and it’s not working. Batteries are correct. I can lock and unlock with the key but if I press the lock button I just hear a beep
I managed to set it how i wanted in my new apartment thanks to your videos dude, i do have one question, would doimg a factory reset, also reset the key? I dont have the original that came with the package and i dont wanna risk it
My Kwikset 620 won't go into pairing mode even after factory reset. I reset it but when I press the "A" button to include it to my Hubitat, the red LED won't turn on. It supposed to stay lit on red while pairing. What should I do next?
I think I would check the batteries first but if that does not work I would not know the best next step sorry. Most the time the factory reset works when this happens you could try a factory reset then rehanding czcams.com/video/Bl3WI43gWGw/video.html
@@TheSmartHomeHelper I called customer service. I sent them a video of everything they told me to do. They ended up sending me a new one. :). Kwikset warranty is good.

How did you remove the black plastic? Mine is tight I just can’t pull it easily like on this video
If it is the 914 you have to squeeze it and on some locks it has screws on this side you have to remove
How do you pair this lock (kwikset 620) to a phone app or brilliance home system? Been trying for hours without any luck.

How do you delete the user code?
The factory reset will delete all the codes but most the time you will need to do it on the app
My kwikset 620 will not remove the old codes after i factory reset.anyone know why?
