I just realized that the arcs for all the clones in the Saleucami Trio ended in tragedy. Hardcase joined an unsanctioned mission with Fives only for the thrills, and sacrificed himself to save his brothers and complete the mission. Jesse died as you described. As for poor Kix, he suffered a fate worse than death. As a medic, he cared deeply for his brothers, and because he got closer than anyone else to saving them from Order 66, he was put on ice until long after the Clone Wars and is now all alone, probably a fate worse than death for a clone.

We sit here today, aged and far wiser than when we first gazed upon the movie and the series, and can now sit back and reflect on what everything truly meant.
Who the characters were to us. What the stories told us. What the morals and lessons taught us.
The Clone Wars began on this day, twelve years ago. It may have ended earlier this year, but the ways that it has impacted us will never be forgotten, and it leaves us with memories that will last a lifetime.

@@leftenantthunder Exact same with me. Looking back, I was too young when it started to see why people disliked Ahsoka, so I never saw her in a negative light. But as I grew older, and I matured, so did the show. It went from this happy, every thing ends well show, to things like Death Watch, the Citadel episodes, then the Maul and Mandalore arc. But for us to feel the weight of these episodes, the break between season 6 and this work of art were necessary. Because many people in our generation would have stopped watching Star Wads around that time because it "wasn't cool." But now many of us have grown past that stage, and can watch it without fear of judgment. And furthermore, we can understand the pain in this episode. We have had actual experiences, and may have suffered loss, betrayal, and simply pain. And with those experiences in mind, Order 66 carries a burden that our younger selves would never have (or nearly have) wept about. It carried more weight than episode 3, because without the build up, we only ever saw clones as little better than droids. But this showed us otherwise. Thats why the Clone Wars will always have a special place in our hearts. It showed us a weight that no movie ever could have.

My Son who started watching this when he was young, is eighteen now. We watched it together from the very beginning and he said one of the most profound things about the show that I will never forget. "It grew with me." I had to really think about that, what the Clone Wars, my generations Star Wars; which was the Original Trilogy and all of it combined must look to him. A show that started out as a cartoon, chronicling the adventures of one of his favorite heros; Anakin Skywalker, grew into a very adult and poignant story with serious meaning. The heart of any story is family. If you, the writer, can bring people in and make them feel a part of it; the loves, the loss; the triumph and the defeat; then you as a writer have achieved something profound. The Clone Wars ended the way it should have. We were drawn in and at the end, we shared the loss that we all knew was to come. This whole story, all of Star Wars is about family and redemption. What they failed to achieve in this new trilogy; in their quest for the almighty dollar, using directors and writers who didn't know or didn't give a damn about Star Wars; the Clone Wars made up for. I was so happy to be a part of it. More importantly, I was happy to share in it with my family.

I don't know if anyone will see this but I wanted to share this nonetheless:
I was 2 years old when The Phantom Menace first came out and I got the chance to hold and see Master Qui-Gon Jinn's lightsaber in toy form and felt like I finally found something that had been lost to me for so long and now found it again. A sense of awe and familiarity came upon me and I fell in love with Star Wars ever since.
I was 11 when the Clone Wars movie and series came to be & 13 when Clone Wars Adventures began.
I didn't have the best childhood and was bullied both within the home and outside by both children as well as adults but Star Wars was there for me throughout all the abuse and pain I endured. Despite being severely suicidal since I was really small Star Wars was a universe that I looked forward to visiting every chance I had and I am eternally grateful for such a wonder that has been truly dear to my spirit.
I was 15 when when disney got their hands on Star Wars and 17 when my beloved Clone Wars Adventures was shut down.
I was disheartened and felt so lost when SOE (Sony Online Entertainment) shut down CWA I ended up giving up on Star Wars and left it behind because I knew something wasn't right and that which I loved wouldn't be the same anymore.
I found myself re-looking at the entire Clone Wars series again (even if some of the episodes were not in order)
I am a HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) and I not only feel deeply but think deeply as well and had a connection with many of these characters and the wonderful Star Wars universe (even had PTSD due to order 66 and it still bothers me to this day who knows maybe I experienced something like it in a previous lifetime.)
I am not a fan of disneys rendition of Star Wars but I am grateful for what I had the opportunity to experience that which I had come to know of.
I don't live on my own yet but I am currently in the works to begin that journey alone.
I feel like my childhood (something that I never really had the chance to enjoy) is gone now and so is Star Wars.
I grew up with Ahsoka even had a crush on her for a time. Every clone that was ever introduced I remember them and it was more than an honor to witness this great universe in this lifetime of mine.
I am now 25 years old still severely suicidal and chronically depressed I don't know what will happen to me and quite frankly I am afraid and a bit uncertain on my well being but I unfortunately have no choice, my past is gone now and I have to live with that for as long as I can.
Thank you Mr George Lucas for bringing this unparalleled and wondrous universe to all of us and letting it's tale be seen, heard and most importantly felt. Thank you Mr Dave Filoni for animating this wonderful series and special thanks to all who helped make my childhood a little bearable and better and for being a beacon of light for me and many others despite the odds, Thank you once again.
I will truly miss all of these wonderful characters and my beloved Jedi Order.
To anyone who is reading this and is or was fans of Canon, Legends, or even the Expanded Universe these are some uncertain times.
Things are indeed ever so changing and the Dark side clouds everything. Let us try to persevere no matter the odds for as long as we can.
Our childhoods have been snubbed and our current lives aren't as we thought it would have been and our future is indeed uncertain. Nothing is set in stone but in time we shall find out what this all was for and perhaps maybe just maybe things will get better. I hear that a new hope shall emerge so let's see how long before that time comes.
Trust in the force & carry on for as long as you can, may everything turn out to be more than alright for all of us and as always

I have never been so emotionally attached to a show like the Clone Wars. I’ve been reflecting on what this show has meant to me and how it has impacted my life in more ways that I could possibly imagine. I didn’t think I would cry and be so emotional with the final conclusion of the show. My emotions stem from truly realizing that my childhood story that I loved dearly has come to an end. I’m tearing up just from writing this:( I can’t emphasize enough how blessed I am to have such an amazing childhood from this series. My best friend and I use to occupy the downstairs part of the house with 100s of Clone troopers, Battle droids, and Vehicles and made our own stories in line with Clone Wars. Back in season 1 of the Clone Wars, we would always call each other from our little flip phones at 8pm to tune into Cartoon Network and “watch” the show together. He is like a brother to me and I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to share these memories with him. I truly grew up with this show and learned so many valuable lessons from it. I’m 24 now, it’s been one hell of a ride and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I will always cherish the great memories this show has give me as we proceed into the future
I’m so touched scrolling through the comments and seeing how much of an impact it had on so many people.

A lot of people grew up beside these characters and watched them grow as we did. This is more than a show and they are more then characters now. I consider them my brothers and comrades (Even if some people think it's ridiculous), because even though they may be fictional to some, they're not to me, not anymore. They taught me more then I ever thought I would learn. They taught me to stand up for what I believe in and so much more. They kept me from ending myself, it's time someone did the same for them. They're more then numbers, they're men and I'd like to think that even though they were being controlled, they died as men. Not as the numbers so many thought them as. I will remember, I will not let their sacrifice be in vain. The world is changing it's time we changed too. Follow in their foots steps, be loyal and courageous. Be kind and smart, be stronger then our enemies, whoever or whatever they may be. But last of all remember these men, these brothers, for they will have our back when no one else does. Remember for all the people who chose to forget. All you need to do is trust in the force and we will prevail. We will triumph. May the force be with you and may hope always light the way. Because hope is the only thing that won't lead you astray.

@@kalairahallred3608 Your reply, amongst the many others, made me realize something. George Lucas is a genius. I can't say if he intended this or not, but I feel like he did. He came up with stories and a universe for us to admire. Think about the connection everyone has with his creation. It's silly to think about characters in a SHOW or MOVIE the way we all are in these comments, but we are. In a way, they aren't just characters. Someone created them, gave them purpose, development, a story, etc. We are supposed to connect with them. George Lucas, Dave Filoni, and the others have given us all so much hope. No matter how childish or cheesy the scenes may have been, they carried heavy values and ideals. Things that every one of us struggles with daily. Star Wars gives us hope by allowing everyone to connect with each other, to understand one another. And, it has been very successful in this way. Not only within our generation but for DECADES, has the stories from the Star Wars universe carried so many people.
We're all just trying to live our lives. We all struggle in many ways. Very similar ways too, but because we are so incredibly unique and that our universe is so incredibly chaotic, the same scenario for one person can affect another person in a completely different way. Clone Wars was so great because it was almost a representation of our lives. There are SO many negatives we face, but there will always be times of happiness and relief. Shit sucks, but you just have to deal with it and allow yourself to deal with it and move on. It's too easy to destroy yourself in our world. Find something you love, find some sort of goal, and work towards it. Make it your life's work. Die trying to achieve something great. Who knows why, but this is what we're here for. Having hope is essential. I've lost hope recently and it destroyed me. I ended up in a position that I never thought I would've. I thought about my future in horrible ways.
Never give up hope, find something that you can love. Our world is amazing in so many ways. Our universe is amazing in so many ways. It's impossible to fathom it all. The only thing every one of us on this earth needs to remember is that YOU deserve to be here and to exist. No matter who you are or what you've done, you deserve to exist. Believe it or not, we are all fighting alongside one another. There will be casualties and pain, but we can't give up on each other. We just cannot. I just hope that our society can heal and come together. It has pained me so bad to see everyone's mental health suffer so greatly on this large of a scale. We are struggling, but come, let's struggle together.
Good luck to you, I hope that you may find what you're looking for in this world. You may not believe me, but trust me, you will. You may not be looking in the right place right now, but you eventually will.

When you realize that Ahsoka Tano was more of a Jedi than literally everyone on the Jedi Council...she refuses to kill the clones, only for them to die anyways. Even mr golden child Obi-Wan and Yoda killed the clones without a second thought. But not Ahsoka. And it didn't even matter in the end. Damn.

@Frost Stripe That's exactly what I was thinking the whole time. Where Yoda and Obi-Wan are cutting through the troopers at the Jedi Temple, Ahsoka is refusing to kill the men she knows are not to blame for their actions. That choice is what makes her the best character in Star Wars; from an inexperienced kid playing at war to a hardened soldier who refused to harm her men, even when they had turned on her.

That's why I'm telling everyone that Anakin Skywalker was a great Jedi master (who unfortunately lost his way because of the council's faults and Sidious's masterplan) because he raised her the way a true Jedi needed to be. A compassionate one who knows what trust, loyalty and empathy is especially for her comrades and the people she swore to protect. Anakin deserved that master title more than that jerk Windu and others! He did such a good job with Ahsoka. Do you guys remember the part in the old friends not forgotten when Ahsoka saved a clone pilot? At the same time, Anakin wanted to do the same in the movie but Obi-Wan didn't let him and said our mission is more important... She is his legacy. (Luke was like that too until The Last Jedi made him a coward and destroyed his character with that ''I tried to kill my nephew'' bullshit!) If Disney touches and changes Ahsoka's character too, I will be done with this universe.

"Three years. Was it truly only three years? Three years of fighting and bleeding and dying for the Republic. We knew no other way.
We came to depend on our Jedi officers, trust them as we trusted our brothers. They trusted us, too, trusted us to fight alongside them, to remain loyal to the Republic. Then it all changed. The Chancellor gave the order, and we turned on our commanders. It was like our minds were removed from our bodies; no matter how we protested, how hard we fought ourselves, we had to watch our bodies fire on our leaders. We knew, then, that this was why we were created.
The Jedi are gone, dead and buried. Our war is over. The only question is, what will we be remembered as?"

I’ve been waiting for this.... this show was my childhood and I really don’t know what I would do without it. This episode was a perfect ending to the perfect show. Seeing Jesse’s helmet with the destroyed republic cog signified the republic dying and this was sad because he was also the last named clone of the show other than Rex and he died fighting for what he thought was right...
Also when Vader picks up Ashokas lightsaber you can see his eyes, they’re not yellow so Dave let us see Anakin one last time...
Edit: I know Kix is alive but for me I was more attatched to Jesse and seeing him die fighting for what he was told was right was really sad

No matter where we go, we have challenges to face. We may die, but we take on something someone can’t take, cause we can show the hope, the greatness, everything is possible, no one can stop us. This wasn't Vader here it was Anakin. The way he wiped the snow from around it and off it and treating it with care shows he is in pain at that moment. Thinking his little sister/padawan is gone and knowing this happened because of him. I'd like to have seen him maybe use the force and move the snow away from in front of him as a reference to looking for Rex's helmet. Maybe even picking up Jesse's before sitting it back down and walking away but I'm 22 been watching everything star wars since I was 5 and I have never cried like I did for this ending. It breaks my heart seeing Ahsoka and Rex have to bury there comrades before going into hiding and seeing Anakin have to come to terms with himself on that Ahsoka is "dead". 💔
