I just love watching you eating. Thank you sir for beautiful and easy recipe
Chef, as a fellow tahini lover, i must advise you to freshly roast two things: Red chili, and jeera. Make a powder of both separately. Sprinkle on top of tahini before serving. Or, you can make a tempering even, with olive oil, broken red chili, and jeera. It's a must.
Why did I smile so much while watching this? Great food and energy and comments.thank you sir.

I wonder if you want to use it to mix with hummus do you still need the garlic, olive oil and the lemon juice? Because the garlic and the lemon juice are already included in the hummus...

I made this today and I like this powerhouse food paired with grilled eggplant. I really like the smoky taste of eggplant and the unique taste of tahini. First time tho :)
Thanks for making it so simple 😋 other videos were like ... rice vinegar and what not. maybe that is the original recipe but yours was the real normal Indian house version. Thanks a ton. Looking forward for many more recipes of Indian version from you 😋

Tahini costs a FORTUNE here in Manila so after almost six years of preparing dips without that ingredient, I'm finally preparing my own (I just bought a kilogramme of sesame seeds today, in fact).
Reverend Eslam come to south India. Sesame is cheap
Way to go vahchef.......more lebanese dishes plz..
what was your overall yield after making this. LIke how many OZ or Mils did you make when you make this sauce? I always love to see yields next to recipes as it helps if I want to make more or less of it. Thanks
Please make series on Sauces/Dips for Indian palate like hummus, Chipotle etc.
it is really, good.
Hello Chef, Great Video...
once prepared, can Hummus be stored and refrigerated for a day or two ? What is the shelf life after preparation ?
Thanks for the recipe ! The suggestion of using the Tahini sauce as an accompaniment to Biryani is great . I am a vegan
and I am finding my Biryani rather tasteless without the curd chutney . But , the sauce may not be cooling like the raita.
I love humus thanks

Sir! can we use mustard oil instead of olive oil if we want ...????
Should finished tahini taste salty, acidic, or more like a garlic sauce? I'm having a hard time making something I don't know how it should taste. When go out to eat I can not taste the tahini all by itself to taste it.
Chef you say salam walaikum ....but it's actually ASALAAMU ALAIKUM !! which means peace and blessings of Allah be upon all of us .
Chef, Ive enjoyed many of your recipes over many years. Can you answer what's the big differences in Extra virgin olive oil and just olive oil? Is one for salads and other is frying? Or is there much more to the oils? Thank you!!!
SimonaLyne Enderz. Olives are pressed more than once to extract the oil, the difference between them is that extra virgin olive oil is the first pressed oil and hence "virgin" , therefore the flavour is more intense and suitable in salads and uncooked form, regular olive oil is usually the subsequent pressing of the olive pulp and pomace olive oil is the final press, the colours and taste become more paler and less intense the more often olives are pressed. Hope this helps.
Great video chef 🙏🏽
