I started testing some beautiful fragrances you recommended, which are all very expensive for me, but they hardly stay on the skin. I will try them again with moisturizer to see if they stay a bit longer. I can only afford a few as a treat; I can't have 200+ like you, so I am looking for realistic recommendations of gorgeous scents, but that will work for their money by having a minimum of 6 hours on the skin and from a moderate sillage. Even expensive near dupes are welcome. Paying 200+ for a perfume that stays only a couple of hours is suicidal to me.
Absolutely right! I have some niche fragrances in my collection but believe me it does not need to be niche to have more extrait and lasting power. From the ones she recommanded before Donna Born in Roma is a very long lasting one and very crowdpleasing fragrance!

@@TamaraZeiKhvibliani thank you but am not so attracted to crowd pleasing fragrances, aouch?! Right now am trialling Eau Duelle with moisturiser and still evaporated in 15 mns. I love unsweetened and spicy vanilla that it is. Would love to find a similar style but longer lasting. Amouage stays and I love it. Have to try Gris Charnel again with cream. I hope Monica can make a video in future for similar but longer lasting perfumes.
@@froufou100have you tried maison crivelli fragrances? They are considered nuclear. On the other hand, is it really disappearing from your skin or just you cannot smell it anymore?
@@froufou100 Was Eau Duelle the Eau de Toilette? Try something that says Parfum or Extrait or Intense. Even Eau de Parfum may not have enough concentration to stay as long as you want it to stay. Plus try Aquaphor or Vaseline on the points you spray rather than creme or body lotion. And maybe also ask someone else if they can smell your fragrance when you think you can no longer smell it, sometimes we just go noseblind.
Thank you for giving us your discount codes for the US and UK. I have used them twice now for samples of so many you have mentioned as I feel my taste is similar to yours! I am not big on florals ( think Miss Dior, not a fan) they do not work with my body chemistry. However one that I absolutely love that I feel is more fresh is Gucci Bloom ( particularly in the yellow box which I cant find as easily anymore in the UK!) that perfume I feel could work on any age and I think its more of a Spring or Summer vibe. Yet it literally puts me in a happy mood when I wear it! I dont know how it does that but it really gives me a boost!
I never thought to try Chloe because I thought it was an old-fashioned perfume but one day I tried it and it was magic! Whenever I'm in the mood for a pretty floral I reach for Chloe.
The first fragrance my husband ever purchased for me was Chloe the tangerine roses one. They’re done very well but they done last long n as a result of the types of fragrances they make. It sucks because they smell beautiful and fancy but yeah, don’t last sadly.
I'm absolutely in awe of how many perfumes people like cause how? I'm completely the opposite. I have two that I love (Black opium and Hypnotic Poison) and two I tolerate but don't love(Good girl(too floral for me at times but also great at times) and C&C I love love(and also Light blue but I don't support that brand so I don't own it but smells great on others) ). I don't have summer perfume and at this point I'm convinced it's mission impossible to find one. I tried so many women and mens but there is always something I hate about it. Also I don't have that many fragrances available, especially new ones where I am so I'm limited a lot. I just live through other perfume lovers cause I accepted that that will never be me😂

Although it’s probably not mass appealing, have you ever smelled the lovely Masque Milano Lost Alice? I’m not a floral person and for some reason this is called a “soft floral”. To me it is a delicate gourmand and fits the Tea Party: bergamot tea, delicate carrot cake, lightly buttered toast 🥰🥰🥰

(I get noxious from the smell of vanilla, so it's not a parfum I would buy)

And try if you like it...
