Something is wrongnon the 13th Rampage, Both PSP and PS2 has the 13th Rampage
But in the video says that it is in PS2, But this chat says PSP
In the 17th Rampage in the PSP version is not available or not in there

Rampage #17 is actually in a different location on PSP, it's located East of the Downtown Ammu-Nation on top of a small staircase next to a building with a Comet parked outside, a Rampage can also be found at this location in the Original Vice City too, (the one where you have to kill 40 gang members with Molotov Cocktails)

It was a weird move for Rockstar to change one Rampage location, I guess they just did it because there was already a Rampage there in the original VC, the staircase in front of the Ammu-Nation also has a Rampage at the top in both VC and VCS
Yeah it has the rampage itself but not the location depending on which platform you are playing on

How time flies when I was in my 2nd grade playing this game dreaming to be a civil engineer now I’m in my 3rd-year of college currently taking civil engineering course watching this video and kinda brings back all the good memories of when I was playing this game.

I’m trying playing also rampages of VCS, as challenges, like Vic different clothes, police involvement, hearing every Vics funny dialogues while aiming at people, etc. But GTA Series Videos version of rampages (and other CZcamsrs versions of course) is still amazing to watch.

When the whole server finds out your camping
Always found this game very interesting: clear Vice City vibe and vehicles but with San Andreas physics and some sounds. Pretty neat!
And on PS2 is the best part! PSP it plays great but recently picked it up for the Console and it looks amazing with upscaler and 55 inch TV 😁

GtaSeriesVideo, great walkthrough, but I want to note that rampage 13 and rampage 17 are both exclusive for the PSP and PS2 respectively. Rampage 13 and 17 are the same rampages just spawn at two different locations. You can't find rampage 17 on the PSP version just like you can't find rampage 13 on the PS2 version.
There is only one rampage in the PSP and 6 on the PS2.

Note: It's best to do #6, #8, #12, #19, #23, #27 and #33 after you've saved and loaded the game due to the reduced car spawn rate bug that occurs if your gaming session is too long.

I did beat it last year but it took me forever because the sharks just wouldn’t spawn
It's been a year, so you might have finished this Rampage by now. Here's how I beat it: once you're through with all the Sharks that spawn, run in any direction for 3-5 seconds and turn around. Lots of Sharks will have spawned. After numerous failed attempts, I was able to beat this Rampage in less than a minute. Hope this helps, and happy playing!

Thank you for the assistance, but you have made a small mistake during making this video, I am playing GTA vice city stories on my psp and I have noticed that the location of (Rampage 17) at (29:51) in this video is not correct, because I went to the location of (Rampage 17) and I didn't find the Rampage there. I think that location of Rampage 17 in the video is for PS2 only. Therefore, since all the Rampage's locations in this video are correct except the location of (Rampage 17), I kept on searching for the location of (Rampage 17) and I found it on the top of KING KNUTS in the first city where the game started near to the police station and fire station. You can search for KING KNUTS near that area, and you will find the last Rampage on the top of KING KNUTS. I hope this helps you to 100% complete the game and if you find KING KNUTS in the game, I will be happy to help you finding it. PEACE OUT 🤟✌️

Rampages are very hard side missions in the Gta series it pisses me off because enemies are tough blowing up cars and getting a possible wanted level is even stressful
Interesting. Only GTA 3 rampages are hard, not all of them. VCS rampages are easy most of the time.

Rampage #3 is the bane of my fucking existence. It is the one rampage that brings my piss to an all time boil. First off, I have beat all the other rampages in the previous GTA games with no problem. Second, the sniper Rampages are not the best but at least playable and still fun. Not here in Rampage #3. What makes this so difficult is first, location. In the video you stand on the roof the whole time which is smart if you don't want to get shot at. But the downside is that the building is in the way. What do I mean by that? Well the gang members like to gather around the building OUTSIDE of your view making it a royal pain in the ass. With that being said, you were lucky that they gathered in such a large group that you were able to pick them off one by one. Now, this cannot always happen and as in my case, doing what was done in this video for Rampage #3, I can only manage to get 15 at MOST. Another complaint about this tactic is that the gang members like to run away like little pansies. Like wtf. Now the only other tactic one has to do is go on the ground which proves to have its own problems. If I am lucky, I can get 20 kills. But here is the problem. You are suseptible to gunfire and can be killed easily which means you need some armor which even then is not a guarantee. If you attract cops (which is bound to happen) the gang members do not form in large groups and instead run away. Instead of killing gang members, I end up killing police officers which is a pain in the ass because then my wanted level gets raised. In all, Rampage #3 is the absolute worst

You can replay them so I guess that was a bonus but I wish they did something like that for the older gta games. Wish there was a mod or something that gave you a reward for it

38:17 this one was EXCRUCIATINGLY ANNOYING. It may look easy, but on my ps2 there are multiple disadvantages. Here are some.
1.LAG
2. Vic only shoots people who aren't actually shooting him
3. Having to get 70
4.Dodgy gun physics during lag
5.After the first minute, vics health suddenly starts going down super FAST.
There is more, but I luckily just completed it with a grain of health left. PHEW
There's a glitch only work in mobile that if you were doing that and close the app that weapon will be permanent
Is VCS on iPhone? I know you could do that on VC but you’d loose access to the Rampage
