- An overview of the waste board / spoil board system that I'm using with my Onefinity Journeyman CNC. I'm using T Track and 3/4 MDF. This coupled with T Track Clamps and Double Sided Tape will make up my work holding solutions for now.
MDF Dimensions: (6) Pieces 3/4" x 36" x 7.5"

After filming I realized that my lighting is better for me, but not better for videos. If anyone has a solution, please let me know! Always open for feedback and ways to improve on the CNC as well as my videos. Thanks for stopping by! - Jak na to + styl
So these have quickly become our absolute favorite videos. Keep it up Hamilton!
Thanks! I'm glad y'all enjoy them!
Keep it up Hamilton! Loving your humor!
I like your tracks. On my Onefinity table I didn't use them, I use double sided tape for 95%+ of my projects. I added grid lines after flattening so I could easily line up and be square with my table. Looking forward to seeing your project.
Thanks! I'm going to add grid lines in the future as well. Right now I just did some sharpie lines haha!
Killed it with this video. I dig your style and can’t wait for what’s next.
Thanks! I appreciate it!
I like your approach. Thanks
Thanks!
If your wasteboard is the size of the max cut area, how did you create your surfacing gcode?
Did you have any “stair stepping” in the front of your waste board setup?? I’ve squared and respirated my machine the best I can and I either have the stair stepping on the front of my waste board or my X rail isn’t perfectly flush with the blocks on the Y-rails. It’s driving me crazy!!
Nice video! Where did you get your dust hose support arm? I am waiting on my Onefinity order to arrive still but looking to be ready when it's here! :)

In the purchase comments write "Hamilton sent me" and he will throw in some candy! He's got tons of Onefinity accessories on there as well!
@@HamiltonDilbeck Thank you sir! Have a great day!
@@jonwhitehead2102 No problem, you too!
I have one question. What made you decide to create you own track and waste board setup, instead of using the QCW frame OneFinity sells? Cost?
Cost and availability at the time
Hey, when you surfaced your wasteboard, was it not able to surface all the ay in the rear? Since your tracks are 36" but the max depth is 32"?
No, I have my useable work surface "sunk" into the wasteboard (that is larger than the cutting area) so that I know where to bump up my material against. The tracks are easily cut, if you wanted it to just be 32"
I'm putting mine together now but I haven't gotten to put the waste board on there yet so I have a question on that flush bit you have there.
I have a bit that will make a 3/4 groove in the wood. It leaves the bottom of the wood pretty flat.
Would that work instead of having to buy another bit just to flatten the waste board?
Yeah that will work just fine! The only reason to get a bigger bit is to save more time (well that's the main reason, anyways)

Thanks. Your doing a fantastic job on your videos by the way. Great sense of humor.
What file?
What is the outside dimensions of your table? I like the size and I need to build a table.
I'll measure tomorrow to make sure, but I'm pretty sure it's 48x76
Whats the name of that track you’re playing .., diggin it.
Actually not sure... its all off Epidemic Sound.
