it's very sped up, but I work on the eyebrows at 8:02, you can slow it down to 0.25 speed and it helps give the idea of what I did a bit clearer, but that tutorial I shared above is much easier to follow!
For the gist, I drew out a rectangle, erased some parts to create the tail of the eyebrow, used the puppet tool to create an arch, and then used a soft-edged eraser to fade/ombre the center of the eyebrows
I'm not sure if I could produce tutorials that ended up being more helpful than the ones already made that I've shared here (:
