I am not even sure where to start with my comment . I love the pride and joy that she is cooking with her nanny . That is very precious . She has a wonderful personality and a beautiful smile . And she looks and seems like a good hearted person . And that goes a long way today in this world . She is authentic Jenelle. She shined and she shined beautifully . Now Nanny is the best and just a s beautiful . And you can see the love that nanny has for her granddaughter . The recipe is old fashion and that is the best . Every recipe I have seen from her and her nanny is the same exact ingredients my nanny use to use in her recipes too . I love how nanny is teaching her . Yesss my nanny use to tell me that I am poohar too . But it is love poohar . Jyneelle learn from her and all her secrets so that one day when you have kids you can pass it down from generation to generation . Cherish her and love her enormously . She is your pride and joy . Take care of her . Excellent recipe the best best best best that they have here on You Tube . You know why it is the best because it was made from and out of love . Thank you very much for this recipe and Happy Deepavali to you and your family Jyneelle and Nanny . May the flame of awareness lighten up your path & guide your path to good . Perfect fat kurma . I am so salivating . Excellent . East Indians do not make this . This is authentic to Trinidad . Deepaavalee aap ko mubaarak ho

In other countries like Suriname , Fiji & South Africa where they also have a history of Indian indenturship they also make their gulab jamuns just like this and they also call it "gulab jamun" , so this isn't wrong. India is a very big country where its food culinary differs from state to state and from region to region, so it is possible that where a specific set of Indians came from their version of gulab jamun was prepared differently. "Fat kurma" is just a slang term for it btw.
