Saying a prayer now for you Jess. I’m just dealing with the aftermath of shoulder surgery (7months ago) can’t imagine being in a constant state of pain.
I will pray for your wife better health.
This is a great addition for Crew and you can see how much easier he can get in/out of your rv…wonderful! Jess - I’m so sorry you are dealing with pain and I hope you guys figure out what it is and it’s an easy fix. I deal with hemiplegic migraine and I know how awful it is to have chronic pain. We will pray for you 🙏🏻
I hope get better, Jessica. I'm sorry to see you and Cruz suffering like that. It was kind of you to help alleviate Cruz's hardship while you yourself were in pain. Get well soon.
Praying for the health of Jess❤️✝️🙏
Hey good afternoon you guys hope you guys are having a great day keep up the good work and stay away from the snakes I guess catch you guys later
Crew has wonderful caregivers! And Jessica should get herself to a dentists ASAP to take care of her infection.
Feels good taking care of our fur babies ❤️
Sending hugs…hope you feel better soon Jess !
Thank you for sharing !
👏😀❤️
Jim, please consider getting Jess and Crew some CBD oil. I am hearing nothing but good things about pain relief from this oil... especially from old people. Continued blessings to Jess.
Prayers sent for Ms. Jess I do hope she gets answers and healings. God Bless ya'll on the homestead.
sending out a prayer for Jess to get answers and relief.
I’m a tool breaker too. Recently squeezed some pliers so tight they broke. Get your dog some joint stuff, glucosamine, it might help. Give your lady some aspirin, turmeric (anti-inflammatory), black pepper (helps activate the turmeric) and honey (natural antibiotics) cocktail. You could also look up local plant medicines you could forage for pain relief, then look up how to extract them on youtube, wild lettuce is one. You could give some of the extract to your dog too. Then fill your garden with such plants.
Good Father in Jesus' name we ask you to cast a mantle of healing over Jess and guide the doctors and staff this week. Amen
We had a male Akita named Koi that looked exactly like Crew! We got him from our local Akita rescue. 3rd we have owned. He had low thyroid so was on pills and got bloodwork every 6 months. He was an awesome boy, just loving and goofy. Unfortunately cancer is common in large dogs and we had to have him euthanized several years ago when it got into his spine. Love Akitas!! You definitely have to know how to handle large, stubborn breeds. But the love and devotion they give is absolute!
Sending Jess a big old air hug!! Praying for you to start feeling better!
Thank you all for making it better for Crew. My Siberian Huskies getting up there in age I know what you're going through. Jess I sure hope you get to feeling better.
Jess looks so cute doing the runway walk . Guys I buy my and dogs Glucosamine with Chondroitin @Walmart pharmacy department . Several vets have recommended it . And it seems to be very helpful. I have a 18 yo min pin and pit bull mix . Sorry he hear Jess is in pain and not well. Best wishes that she has a speedy recovery and back feeling great soon . The step look pretty good . However I would have made the deck wider at the trailer door. Just for stability issues .
Poor old Crew. I wish I could give him a big hug, even though he probably wouldn't like it, and maybe even eat me.
As an old man been there done that and so on. I wish you all the best Jess. You are so wonderfully god to Crew while you are in so much pain. With a man by your side to take care of you, your worries will soon be over. I love your project. Take care.
That’s what he said.😂
Praying for Jess and Crew.
Great job on the steps.
I hope Jess feels better soon. That is so kind of you two to make Crews life easier in his senior years.
Sending Love & Light!
💜🤗✝️🤗💜
Prayers for you Jess📿📿📿.
Feel better, Jess and Crue!
Hoping to see more details on the steps structure.
I'm moving an older friend on our property so she's not alone. We definitely need steps like this for her and her service dog.
Blessings for Jess ❤
Hi Jess and Jim, you guys are in my prayers. Jess I hope that the underlying cause of your pain is diagnosed and remedied. I note a comment about fibromyalgia, do some deep muscle relaxation, like in yoga. It helps ease muscle tension and is better as you get more practiced. Poor old crew, I had a great dog who also suffered this way, we gave meloxicam, which gave her relief for the remaining couple of years. It’s so sad to see that a once active dog is now slumped somewhere with, little desire to do anything. You are doing great by him. Thanks for sharing. Jim keep doing what you are and stay positive.
Great job on the stairs/ramp for everyone. Jess hope you can get relief from your pain . Jim keep your broken tools if they are of great quality and repair them .
I had to build a ramp to replace 2 steps for an old dog, yours works well.
Best wishes for Jessica's recovery.
sending peace, love and healing to you
Blessing to you all, and with hope your health shall recover to perfection.
Nice job with the stairs for your beautiful dog crew. You both work so hard every single day maybe it's time for a little vacation weekend. Keep smiling it always gets better
Jess, My heart goes out to you in your pain. I hope you get it all sorted soon. It’s heart breaking to see a beloved dog grow old and full of aches. To build such a set of stairs for your pet shows how much you care. May God take care of you all
You're a beautiful and thoughtful family. Well wishes for your improved health. Lovely vistas in your videos improve my feeling of well being, Thanks for that too!
Many prayers for Jess, I hope you get to feeling better!
As the Rolling Stones say, "What a Drag it is Getting Old". Wise old Crew, the Inspector Crew-soe, what a good boy he is. Dogs give us unconditional love . Some say dogs are the only thing that love us more than they love themselves. Uvi is such a good girl too! Love your pets while you can. Dogs seem to be born with all the love in their hearts, ready to share with someone special.
Jess: Consideration for your and Crews pain & more: ITERA WAND. Do not fall for imitations... Check into it. Ever home should have one. Just like an alevero plant... Sending ya' all sum ggod vibes... 🙂
Thanks for your vid 😇💟💟💟 Love and bless you all guys, will send you some healing energy i can see you are in pain Jess. good work 👍😁💪👌👏
Awww Crew!
Crew is helping me appreciate my pup more. I hope Jesse is getting to the doc soon!! Sometimes the wisdom tooth pockets can get “ dry socket” which is real painful. Very treatable. Ok jim breakin shovels n ripsawz?? You a mild mannered Brute, bud!!
YOU GUYS TOTALLY ROCK!! U got this... awesome people ❤❤❤❤
Just a little tip for you, and Crew... My dog got to the point that he couldn't go up and down the steps, and then, it got so bad, he could hardly get up. I was spoon feeding him... I remembered how much tumeric helped my other dogs, so I decided to try giving him some in his food, with a dash of black pepper, to help digest it.. Within 2 days, he was standing with less pain, and within a week, he was pretty much back to his normal self... I am still giving him a little everyday, and he is doing really well... Has helped me with my own joint pain, too... Hope you guys give it a try, and both feel better!
Hoping for ALL the best! thank you stay safe
Blessings to you in every way..ty..xoxo 🥰🖐👍✌🤟🤪
Feel better soon Jess

Pain management is a full time job! Just do the best you can each day. That's all we can do.
What a great thing to do for Crew
Great job, you did building the stairs for Crews👏👍
Jess I have had sever jaw pain issues for 57 plus years. Mine came after a horse riding accident. It to years for me to find any kind of relief. I worked as a Dental Assistant and it was only once I started working with dentists that specialized in how the teeth fit together that I was able to find any kind of relief from the pain that I was living with. If you can find a dentist in your area that works with the jaw, they can fit you with a thin, acrylic splint or mouthguard and adjust the bite so that it allows your jaw freedom of movement, you may find relief from the awful pain you’re experiencing.
Love love love the owl box ❤.
Great video Jess hope you get some relief from your pain soon ,the sadness thing in owning a dog is them getting old.
Feel better. 😮
That looks Great Jess and Peter!
So sorry for the pain you are still having. As well as spicules of bone fragments and infection I went thru after having my wisdom teeth removed, it also turned out that the surgeon had dislocated several facial bones by as much as 1/4 inch. I was blessed to be recommended to a fellow that did cranial adjustments to get the bones back into place. It took a few months to get everything cleared up, but it definitely did in the end. I am keeping you and your situation in my prayers for a successful resolution.
I had chronic fibromyalgia nodules in my back and costo chondrites A sternum pain condition. I was led to read Mind Body Perscription by Dr. Sarno from a 60 minutes program with Stone Philips. In a couple of weeks the fibromyalgia was gone. It tries to come back when I am in circumstances that are very emotional. I take boron and magnesium for the sternum pain. When the pain goes away I take the weekends off on the Boron. Wishing you the best! ❤🎉🖖👋🌹
I stsrted wsyching when u were collecting tin cans and cutting them for the roof amazing job u have done so far.....from Western North Carolina....
I love y'all so much. Thank you for taking such good care of your baby.
Best digger ever.....
Hope you're feeling better soon Jess
Pain sux! Praying 🙏
Poor Crew, I recently went through the same thing with my dog. Just a bit of info for you. When I needed to lift my dog to help him walk, I used a reusable cloth bag from Walmart. I cut the side gussets out of the bag and then placed the bag under the dog and helped the dog get up by pulling up on the handles of the bag. It really helps take a lot of the weight off the dogs legs so he can support himself. Jess, I too live in excruciating pain everyday so I know what you are going through. I will keep you in my daily prayers. ❤❤🙏🙏
Please learn about oxalates (- Sally K. Norton), gluten (and there are hundreds and not one kind - Dr. Peter Osborne) and a proper human diet (- Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Paul Mason, Dr. Chaffee, Dr. Shawn Baker etc.) That pain comes with age is widely eccepted as normal, but this is not correct of course. People and pets (we don't see this in the wild) are a business model for B F and B Ph. Look around and compare people with people a century ago..
I wish everybody the best and lots of knowledge in this upside down world. 🙏🏻
When you go for your appointment, have them check you for fibromyalgia. My sister was in so much pain and they found that is what she had. I can affect all different parts of the body. Best wishes for you both. I am in St. David AZ and appreciate everything you are doing. Totally love the staircase you made into the trailer. Take care
Read the book Mind Body Perscription. Br Dr. Sarno. I was rid of chronic fibromyalgia in a couple of weeks. It still tries to come back when I am dealing with a lot of emotions. Hope it helps you!
@@dianaspy6733 i was told i had fibro too, went through a serious cleanse ridding my body of chemicals and juicing greens and herbs etc and I feel great now. I just have to keep up with the healthier way of eating.
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2004. Eating dairy affects me the worst. I'm mostly vegan, but I will eat an egg here and there, hence, mostly vegan. I was in bed for six months. I got out of bed with acupuncture and Chinese medicine. It took several months to see a rheumatologist who has prescribed what works best for me. I'm a yoga teacher, and gentle yoga and walking help a lot! Fully hydrating with water helps a great deal, too. I'm still in pain every day, but I have found ways to cope with it.
I hope Jess gets to see a doctor soon. It's miserable being in pain. Nice steps. I think even I could manage those steps.
Great looking walk way ,Jess hope you feel better very soon
Aawww Crew, poor baby. The steps look great though!! Good job guys! Ug I'm sorry Jess. Being in pain SSUUCCKKSSS...
Wow Jess! It looks great!
I hope she get better soon. Sad to see her hurting.
Poor old dog. Time for some handi ramps. The milwaukee sawzall motor probably needs new brushes. they are usually only around $10 bucks, and not hard to replace. Plus lots of videos on how to on the YT.
I sure hope you feel better
Very nice well built step way
Rose hip powder will stop Crew s pain sprinkle on food and help with steps climbing it almost instantly
Nice steps
Lub u all
I like the steps and have done that for older pets.
Hey Jim and Jess, I know about have to live with pain. I've had 4 back surgeries and have lived with chronic pain for over 40 years now and even found myself setting on the end of the bed one day with a gun in my hand. That was a very bad day. Luckily I didn't have the guts to pull the trigger. That was when the government decided to retire me.
Jim, I was watching you digging and said to myself "he's gonna break that handle " and you did. When your diging in hard dirt you can't pull on the top of the handle like that. What you need to do is just work the handle back and forth just a little bit and it will loosen enough that you can pick it up without breaking the handle.
I've broken a few myself.
I wih you well. I too have something going on that is holding me back. All the best
We give our elderly basset hound glucosamine, chondroitin, msn supplement which helps him immensely. Maybe would help your fur baby, Crew, get around.
Your being frugal thats good.
so sorry about the pain, hope it goes away soon! love the stairs, and so thoughtful for your dog, ❤
❤
I’m praying for you Jess , praying your pain is taken from you🙏 How old is Crew?
I really hope Jess gets better soon. Wonderful job with the ramp for Crew. Love and be safe!😘🤗🌼🇻🇪
I can't give anymore advice on pain.. just know we're all supporting..
@greendreamproject here in the four corners last week, Jim "they" cloud seeded heavy . It was a weather modification program conducted for sure.
Wow...I was watching you stand on the shovel and act as a human jack hammer. It was impressive that you could penetrate the soil so efficiently when I've got rock preventing digging. So, was it the pick axe that helped loosen it? Don't forget you have that electric demo hammer to put a spade bit on and start the generator if you get tired. I know...fuel, etc.
You are an amazing power couple, accomplishing much!
Crew looks so healthy and young on the videos that I would never have realized he's arthritic.
Get Well Wishes all around!
🙏 🤲 up too heal completely Jess!
Sorry for your pain!
Sorry for your pain Jess! I have been in chronic pain for about 2 years now. One thing I found that helps for my type of pain was electrolytes. I’m chronically dehydrated and no matter how much water I drink it doesn’t help unless I have enough electrolytes.
Sorry for your pain Jess ...and poor Crew! I just looked at an old video about Crew maybe having thyroid issue. Do you think that's what is happening to him? May the Creator bless you for your kindness and efforts to make him comfortable.
Jim you don't know your own 💪
Kawakawa leaves seeped in hot water will help xx
always paint the shovel handles and rakes anything fiberglass helps keep the sun from de-grading them . just rattlecan them
Also I used half tsp palamountains equine liquid in my Labrador girls dinner, she never got arthritis or leg troubles her whole life
I broke my shovel . I slid 2” electric conduit over the entire length. Works like a charm. The size feels better in my hand. More familiar grip , if you know what I mean.😂
Are y'all giving him hip and joint treats??? I had to start my dog on that 3 years ago!!! Made all the difference.😊❤
