    Why would the parents agree to cremation when there's a criminal investigation going on and they might need to go back and exhume the bodies for additional information or evidence? Very strange. Wouldn't the parents want the crime solved by keeping the bodies and keeping the house standing until the case is over.

    I knew Ethan was cremated back when it happened, but I only in the past few months found out Kaley and Mattie were cremated together. I was hoping Xana would not be cremated. They did not return any of these kids to their parents because of the degree of wounds?
    I really don't trust anyone or anything until I can verify such any more, keeping one eye open.
    Something feels odd to me that all 4 were cremated. So when did the 2nd autopsy occur, and on who? Were their nails verified for DNA off of the perpetrator before autopsy?¿

      Religious practices whether Christian, Jewish, Pagan, Islamic, etc are VERY serious about preference when it comes to handling the body. Some demand burial (like Christians because they believe in the resurrection in the future, for example) or the Pagans who demand the Pyre (Cremation) to set the spirit of the body free. Jews and Muslims demand to wash and prepare the body with rituals before burial or cremation, etc. The state doesn't get to decide disposal without consent of the Family, no matter the manner of death or condition of the corpse, PERIOD. • @janicecoons5409
      @janicecoons5409 Před měsícem +1

      I worked at a funeral home. For respect of the Family, and to be discreet, there were walls put up outdoors no tent like they do for crime scenes.
      Each body was placed very carefully on a gurney and put into a refrigerated vehicle then brought to xxxx state for autopsy. I wish everyone would understand that bodies would not be put in a brand new dumpster… good lord.
      Now the truth is, in the summer plus the winter we have seniors there is an increase of death. Way of life is hard and seniors do not have caregivers or family to care for them. Death occurs.
      Funeral homes seriously have bodies in individual bags or boxes and yes they are stacked in coolers. The bodies do not touch. When u are cremated u are put in a large box then put in the incinerator. I have seen the process, the bones are ground up , so determining on your size and weight depends on how much ashes u will have.
      So many funeral homes are being sued in many states , body parts taken. Or the DNA taken of the ashes and the family finds out that when they thought they were taking home mom or dad the funeral home lost the cremains. Look up Colorado. So many funeral homes out to make $$$ off of families in a time of need to be misled . Penrose, Co. the owners are going to prison.

  • @carlm.m.5470
    @carlm.m.5470 Před měsícem +46

    Speaking of losing all the hard evidence with the destruction of the house and the cremation of the victims, we also IN MY OPINION, almost lost the patsy.
    Once you've chosen a patsy, what do you do?
    That's right, you make sure he cannot say anything.
    You would do this normally by killing them. That way there's really no defending him. You could say whatever you wanted and there would not be a defense lawyer and Defendant contesting the claims. So, that would be the preferred method. No trial also means no need for evidence. The public will just have to settle for the fact that we found the right guy.
    So Moscow found a suitable patsy, and through non-official channels they said to Pullman PD, they needed a bit of wet work in Pullman.
    Pullman PD -- "Who's the target?"
    Moscow PD -- "Initials BK, for Brian Koehberger, works at WSU, lives in an apartment off of Brandy Way, 30ish, white male, keeps late hours, moved here near April from Pennsylvania, has social problems, and drives or has access to a light colored Hyunda Elantra.
    Pullman PD -- "Got it"
    Some Pullman Cop -- "Hey, I know that guy, we responded to a PTSD call with him. He lives in an apartment off of Brandy way and works at WSU".
    Pullman PD -- *BANG*
    And Brent Kopacka is dead for no reason, no 911 call, and tremendous cover-up. Because, Bryan was already driving in his car with his Dad to Pennsylvania, or for whatever reason, Pullman PD shot the only other guy on Earth that fit the exact same description as Bryan.
    Moscow PD now has to take the weakest case in history to trial with no evidence at all.
    So if you cannot permanently silence the patsy the old fashioned way, you deny him any microphones, silence all the chatter with a gag order, and destroy everything so a following investigation would have nothing to work with.
    Good job. Thank you Scott Green for taking control of the investigation and redirecting it away from the frat kids that did it. Here's a multi-million Dollar book deal for you as a thank you, and here's a few million to distribute to the ones that helped.
    And that is why no one of real importance had their phone texting history taken or looked at, and no one has been interviewed in any sincerity by the investigators.

    Most places in Idaho also, do not have “normal” coroner offices and or ME. So they leave it up to funeral homes for transportation and holding of victims. Most places do not have transportation or coolers for holding. So not really chain of custody there. They also are kinda second to LE. To where LE can move evidence and or even the body, before the coroner comes in. I’m telling I, I went over and over and it’s true. Fact. The rules are so weird. They even have one of the lowest autopsy rates anywhere

    BURYING AN URN is NOT strange. My husband didn’t want his ashes scattered and asked to be buried in the sweet cemetery in my home town. My husband was a large person and his ashes and the urn weighed really light. The Prosecution and Defense is not going to show everything until the trial. If she was out all night, she would have wanted to be with that dog. Not to mention, if Jackie knew she was leaving with that dog, and moving to Texas, he would have wanted to be with that dog that night. If it was a random, a person who could have done that, would not take the time to save a dog. They would have either opened the outside door and let him go, or did what he did to the others. I could never, I have a bernadoodle, and can barely leave for a couple of hours, without wanting to get back to my dog. My Father n law was buried in a casket at his death, but my Mother n Law was cremated, and her "Urn" was buried next to her husband. I think some of her kids took some of the ashes but I think some were left in the "Urn". Many people chose cremation these days because of the cost, but also if a person were murdered or in a car accident or something where they do not want to show their bodies, they can cremate. Just a response to the statement you made about "burying the ashes".
