That's what this track makes me think of. It fits so well with To Slay the Beast and the terror and hopelessness the UED defenders must feel

I didnt really have a good time with the last few missions of the zerg campaign. Eventually I beat them all but it took quite a bit of coping and seething

Around 1:30, you could imagine being inside of a Hive with all those Zergy sounds. StarCraft themes sound great while being so on theme. It’s really a beautiful thing.

They are supervillains in the sense that they have malevolence and that superheroes like the Protoss and some Terrans must oppose them for they are made to assimilate all into their own.
This track captures the horror and fear that the Zerg represented in the old game to a T. The Zerg is my least favorite race to play as, but I will forever admire just how ferocious and terrifying they used to be. I was appalled with what Actizzard did to them in Heart Of The Swarm - pretty much castrated them and turn the once assimilating force from the darkest corners of the universe into heroes. Never have I seen a fictional alien race get so butchered and, for that, I refuse to accept everything that happened in StarCraft 2 and not consider it canon. I know that it is the little kid in me crying out, but I grew up with this game and I am gonna say this now: THE ZERG ARE NOT SAVIORS AND THEY NEVER WILL BE!

The Zerg never really were anything. They were esence turned into a collection of tools, nothing more. They're not Protoss, they have nothing resembling free will. And no, I'm not talking Primal, I'm talking the Swarm. They only had the father, his sons, and their toys. Enter the daughter, exit the father, exit the sons - now she's only left with toys that don't even have the mental capacity to choose _if_ they'd have a choice in the matter.
It's been decades and still nobody faithfully managed to replicate that initial guitar wail in the beginning. I so much wanted it to hear it extended to the entire track of its own, but even though some guys tried, everybody just literally skipped it as if it was something distasteful, or difficult... ...or Ytube algorhytm is just plain crap in giving results of what one really wants to hear. Also a possibility.

Ahhh, that's not true at all! The Terran Music in SC1 is quite energetic and joyful.
