Rainbow Cake. Italian Buttercream

The rainbow cake recipe (for 16cm diameter x 16cm height cake)
*** The vanilla cake:
150g butter (usalted, room temperature)
120g vegetable oil
450g sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
4eggs (55g each)
90g milk
200g Greek yogurt
500g cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Food colors
***Italian buttercream
4 egg whites
180g sugar
45g cold water
500g butter (room temperature)

Right, you rest the 3 on the counter top , until the 1st batch is baked. But I don't think so , the second batch will rise the same as the first batch . I mean don't u think eggs will lose their double ness? Or if it is a hot weather country then? Is it safe to rest it , out of the fridge?

You can but your Microwave must have convection mode but if it's solo microwave then you can't. You can also bake on gas stove using pressure cooker,etc just look up there's ton on CZcams where you can bake without using Oven.

@@ashishwaghmare428 Don't worry we all had trials and errors, that's how we learn! 😊 when you're baking sponge cakes your egg whites must be beaten to stiff peak, and take care while mixing the batter over mixing which is another no.1in deflating the air, an issue I always had 😂 also you have to watch your oven temperature too, anyway keep on baking you'll get a hang of it!👍

It's really not. Quite easy. make the recipe, make some frosting, asemble. now, it won't look PERFECT if baking is new to you but you can make it.

italian buttercream has raw egg whites. but some people still eat it. it's almost cooked, but not quite so there is still a chance of bad things. If you want something close to the buttercream in the video, you can use swiss meringue buttercream. it is cooked till 165 f so no harm done.
