I've use the littleexttra reactivaate hair growth serum each night before I sleep. I apply it into my scalp a little bit. I can see results! My hair fall has decreased a lot, and I notice new baby hairs growing. The serum is light and doesn't feel sticky or greasy. It lasts a good time too! I've been using it for almost a month now. If you're facing hair fall or bald spots, you need to definitely give it a shot. It really helps.

Thanks a bunch! After recovering from COVID, I noticed that my hair was falling out more than usual. To tackle this problem, I made some positive changes in my lifestyle. I focused on improving my diet, ensuring that I consumed more protein and vitamins. Additionally, I started taking daily walks for at least 20 minutes to stay physically active and engaged in 10 minutes of meditation daily for stress relief. As part of my hair care routine, I used littleextra cocoonion hair oil twice a week, leaving it on for 5 hours before washing it off with littleextra natural mild shampoo and conditioner. I also started drinking amla juice in the mornings. I also made the decision to limit smoking and drinking, indulging only once a month for socializing. All these efforts resulted in a significant reduction in my hair fall. Thank you all for your support and encouragement!

It’s so frustrating, and it’s the ONLY reason I’m glad to be disabled and unable to work outside of my home, because it embarrasses me.

Once you've lost the hair, without an actual transplant, can someone ever actually regrow or get that hair back on their own once the hair has fallen out? I can totally see how going thru a transplant basically reseeds the loss hair but if someone has lost or is loosing a good chunk of their hair, meaning it's already gone, can it ever be grown back or at best without surgery they will just work to limit future hair loss? Also more people should and need to recognize hair loss early before alot of it is gone, and then they could put in place preventative measures to help maintain the hair they have to try and avoid loosing that hair, so many guys have clearly lost hair over the years and then wake up and have lost it and then decide to take action but that's after the fact that hair has already fallen out, try your best to keep what you have.

I suffer from Acromegaly, diagnosed when I was in my early 20s. For those who are not aware, it's a condition caused by excess GH secretion, which affects (as it was pointed in the video) IGF-1 levels. I've undergone two surgeries and am currently taking Octreotide shots to control my GH levels. I used to have a full head of hair before my surgeries with very minimal hairloss. After my second surgery, my GH and consequently IGF-1 levels decreased significantly. All I know is that my hair thinned out completely in a matter of 4-6 months. Just some food for thought...high IGF-1 levels might have an impact in preventing the miniaturization of hair follicles.

It's better to start with 1/4mg a day and titrate UP and than make a mess and try to dial it back. FURTHERMORE since Minoxidil takes several weeks to clear your system, unless you have aggressive hair loss in your 20's, you can absolutely take it every other day, further reducing possible side effects.

I took care of my diet, having vitamin-packed foods, especially those high in Vitamin E and Protein.

Many studies have indeed demonstrated the significant risk of Finasteride, with some side effects that can even be permanent. On the opposite, Dutasteride seems way better: less side effects, and better results in hair loss treatment. You really should ask to your doc about dutasteride. I'm even surprised not seeing anything about it in that video (maybe because it's not much used in the US compared with Europe and Japan???)

I have pretty severe hair loss. Hair on crown is pretty much gone save for some fuzz. I have to get a buzz cut to make it less noticeable... I've heard finasteride can have side effects on your libido or ED. Has anyone else experienced these? Also is there anything else that you don't have to take every day for the rest of your life or something that can reverse hair loss?

Over the past few months, I have been hearing the buzzword SMP hair treatment where people are doing that. What are your thoughts on that, do the pros outweigh the cons or vice versa.
