    And though it is super simple pasta, its can be very hard to perfect.
    Spaghetti Aglio e Olio is great with peperoncino or red pepper flake. And there is no cheese in these dish.

    INGREDIENTS
    Extra virgin olive oil
    Fresh bunch of parsley
    2 cloves of garlic (1 clove per person)
    300g/10.5oz pasta
    Rock salt
    5-6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    “Pasta is a ritual for Italians. You can mess with anything but not the pasta. There are some rules that come with cooking pasta, rules that you never change.”
    No oil in the boiling water, ever (you stir the pasta every few minutes as it cooks so that it won’t stick).
    Oh ,Salt as well on top of Pasta?Mamma mia.

    Nooooo you dont add the olive oil to the boiling water..im not italian & even i know that.😱
