@@John6-40 That mug shot is deceptive tho. If you just slightly adjust the angle of the camera you can make someone appear 2" shorter or taller. I went to college with him, I'm 6'4" and he may have been 3/4" taller than me, but everyone knew on campus that all of our players where an 1" or more shorter than their listed height. Magic Johnson is closer to 6'7, Jordan is a hair under 6'5" when he was measured at the Olympics.

During Barkley's prime, for about 2 to 3 years, I wondered as to who was the best player in the NBA at that time. Jordan or Barkley? He was that good.
Barkley was incomprehensibly left out of the USA selection of Los Angeles 84 by Bobby Knight. As happened in Barcelona 92 to Shaquille O'neal.
Yep, Charles was the most dominant player in those 84 trials, but Knight cut him because of is weight.
