it's true that the menstrual cycle has 4 phases Menstrual phase (day 1 to 5), Follicular phase (day 1 to 13), Ovulation phase (Day 14) and the Luteal phase (day 15 to 28). As you've seen, they aren't exactly divided into 4 equal weeks. so every week being a different mood is a stretch. but it could help women who are dealing with pms symptoms like nil herself. just don't forget it's not very ideal trying to fit every emotion you experience into that '4 moods for 4 weeks' chart. cuz it's definitely not the case for everyone, not even every women experience pms symptoms in the first place. so if it helps you it's good, just dont take it as a solid scientific fact.
