the hard truth is that bad things happened even before the Palestine conflict, many wars and genocides that didn’t get talked about as much as Palestine or the war in Ukraine. Is everyone supposed to just live miserable lives all the time? Suffering is always happening so thats just impractical. You can’t expect Nil to publicly express an opinion on something that doesn’t relate to her at all, maybe she doesn’t want to offend anyone, or maybe she doesn’t feel she has the right to. Just because she’s Turkish how does that relate to Palestine at all? they are two different countries. I don’t think its right to put all this guilt onto someone, everyone has their own problems in their own lives as well.
