You are the best teacher and I learn something from you all the time.
Absolutely gorgeous seascape, especially with the sea oat grasses, sailboats, & seagulls. I love 💕 how you added n almost reflective color of the sky to the sandy beach. You always make it look easy & definitely lots of fun. Thanks for sharing this wonderful video! 😊
Gonna try this as my first ocean watercolor. Wouldn't even try it if it weren't for you. ❤ Thank you ❣️
Plumes. The things on the top of the grasses, like pampas grass. But anyway, you're my favorite! Girlfriend, you are the best teacher. It's all just likes and shapes and marks. You make it all so approachable. Thank you very much! Not only do I watch all of your videos, but I frequently paint along with you, and if I don't paint with you, I save the video to paint with you later. You've blessed my life. PS. As a NYer living in Atlanta, I love to hear your northern-ese way of speaking. ;)
I keep coming back to “Ellen” because of the actual real time instructions on how to do this or that. It makes me want to try these paintings more than just watching someone rush through something with voice overs. Thank you Ellen for your constant tutorials and all for nothing, free of charge, and much appreciated. We are so lucky to have you, keep it up.

What a lovely beach scene. Thanks for the tutorial. What's a good alternate blue for the Peacock Blue? I already have the other colors you used except that Peacock.
Love this one. Those weeds are called sea oats where I come from...:)
Hi Ellen! 😊🤗
Last night I looked up the definition and examples of painterly. And here this Thursday morning i get to watch you paint in a painterly manner, or so I think. Am I correct?
The tips I think are called Reeds.
Tops of reeds are called frods i believe
The 'reeds' are called sea oats 🙂🙃🙂
Hi Ellen or Nelle please could you say who makes Peacock blue
Ta
Those are sea oats
Could you please speak clearer? You mumble so I can't understand a word you say.
