Dealing with Depression (My Hospitalization Story + Advice)

It gives me so much peace knowing that I have thousands of supportive people who care about me and are rooting for me. That is a gift that is very rare and I'm so lucky to have you guys behind me! But don't let anyone fool you into thinking that their life is perfect, even your idols are struggling behind the scenes, and we as humans have to be sensitive to that. Be careful how you judge people, be careful about the assumptions you make or the comments you type. You truly never know what someone could be going through. I hope to use my platform as a way to inspire, educate, and maybe even save someone. You are not alone.
