Girl Surprised With Adoption of Foster Dog

- A young girl was gifted with the adoption of the dog her family had been fostering on her 12th birthday in Wake Forest, North Carolina, in early December. Sloane Parenr recorded this video of her daughter, Quinn, opening a present to reveal a dog tag with the name Milton on it. In the footage, Quinn can be heard asking, “Is this just his name tag? What’s happening?”
