    When I start exercise or brisk walking I get my period next day ,what should I do

      It's very common for exercise to affect menstrual cycle.
      Instead of jumping into intense walks or exercise, try gradually increasing the intensity & duration of exercise. This can help your body to adjust more smoothly.
